Taking down carefully aluminium/copper wiring of any size (for light, fan, socket or power etc complete) including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendent holders regulators, tube lights, bells etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, roof etc to match with existing surface.

M&L for taking down ceiling fans / wall mounted fans of any size / sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after painting the same with synthetic enamel paint by spray machine including filter after cleaning dust, taking out burnt/damaged winding, bushes & cleanig of stator and rotor incl etc. Rewinding with 26/27 SWG of enamelled copper winding wire replacement of bearing /bushes, condencer 2.5/4 mfd handing and testing of fan with and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 1.5 meter in length and make the fan operational with a guarantee period of one year after installing the repair fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for taking out burnt/damaged winding, bushes & cleaning of stator and rotor incl etc of exhaust fans any sweep and size, Rewinding with 26/27 SWG of enamelled copper winding wire replacement of shaft, bearing /bushes, condencer 2.5/4 mfd handing and testing of fan with and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 1.5 meter in length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out burnt/damaged fan motor of Desert cooler and supply and fixing new fan motor with 26/27 SWG of enameled copper winding wire with bearing / bushes and including provision of 23/0.0076 copper flexible core twin core not less than 3 meter in length with two pin top plug etc. and make the desert cooler in operational condition complete all as specified and directed. Comprising of the following works :- (i) Replacement of water pump including water pipe (Complete set). (ii) Replacement of Fan bleed (PVC/Iron) as required on site. (iii) Replacement of desert cooler front grill (Fiber/Steel/Plastic as required) including switch, indicator and regulators. (iv) Checking & tightening the electrical connection (v) Replacement of wood wool (Grass Air cooler cooling pad) suitable of iron/Plastic body desert cooler (vi) Replacement of side grill (sets of 3) for holding wood wool/cooling pads. (vii) Replacement of fan condenser 3.15/4.0 mfd.

M&L for servicing of water heater (Geyser) upto 25/50 Ltr capacity of any make by cleaning sludge and slurry, calcium inside inner water storage tank and make the geyser in operational condition all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Comprising of the following works :- (i) Rectifying water leakage in inner copper/iron storage tank by using welding (ii) Replacement of heating element upto 2000 Watt. (iii) Replacement of Thermostat of suitable size as required on site. (iv) Checking & tightening the electrical connection (v) Replacement of safety valve. (vi) Replacement of NRV (Non returning valve) of suitable size as required at site .

Supply and fixing solar heater tube including gasket for suitable for fixing of Solar Water heater system (Executed tube collector based) on direct transferring of heat of capacity 250 to 500 LPD and make the system operational complete all as specified and directed.
