Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Mixing and laying for applying IPH RB - 107 polymer based rust-remover (pH value - 12) and applying IPH RB-167 Polymer based rust preventive (pH value-9) to all exposed reinforced bars through full length to form and unbroken 40 micron thick film and the finished area shall be measured.

Cutting out existing crakes in concrete surfaces / masonry wall forming grooves of 25mm x 40mm size, cleaning the groove thoroughly with blower, applying primer coat of the mix of IPH CC Resin & IPH CC Hardener in equal proportion with suitable brush to form a film on the surface of groove, filling the groove with putty made by mixing IPH CC resin, IPH CC hardener and IPH admixture in the proportion of 1:1:4 and finally applying the sealing coat of the same mix and in the manner primer coat is applied with following min coverage per running metre length of groove.

Drilling of holes of size 10/12mm dia to a depth of 50 to 100 mm into the concrete surface/crack using rotary cum hammer drill and fixing PVC/Brass nozzles with IPH 21 epoxy based sealant to facilities grouting . The spacing of nozzles shall be as decided by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and laying for applying one coat of IPH-21 EB epoxy bonding coat over the existing concrete surface to bind old surface with new cement concrete/ cement mortar/guniting.

Mixing, laying and applying two coats of high performance elastomeric cementitious coating on gunited/ concrete surface IPH 21 of approved make and Polymers as directed by Executive Engineer.

Mixing and laying for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in 1:4 cm and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) using river sand as directed by Executive Engineer.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :

Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).
