Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. Size of tile 600x600 mm including all carriages complete job.

Providing and fixing of powder coated Aluminium work for doors/ windows/ ventilators/ position including 5 mm thick plain glass/ 12 mm thick Pre- laminated particle board or ACP sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all necessary fitting complete job. (powder coated aluminium section 100 X 50 mm for frames 85 X 45 mm including all necessary fittings & fixutres Grill 2'' X 2" should be only glass pan window shutters)

Providing and fixing aluminum extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer,(having brand logo with IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete job.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works for Stairs complete job.
