Cleaning/clearing of blocked under ground sewage lines of any bore, any description and in any position, depth not exceeding 1.5 m, by hydraulic jet pressure water pipe with compressor and sewage sludge pumps mounted on truck, from one manhole to next manhole and washing throughout with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines in covered vans, trolley and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed

Note:- Sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed and disposed off properly outside MD Land

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size, exceeding 1.5 M in depth including lifting up and removing sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sludge sucker and washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed and disposed off properly outside MD Land

Cleaning of septic tank and filter bed of capacity upto 50 users by removing sewage sludge, accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sewage/sludge sucker and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MD Land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank and filter bed of capacity exceedig 50 users and upto 100 users by removing sewage sludge, accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle mounted sewage/sludge sucker and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MD Land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between "Floor/Nahani trap to Gully trap and upto first man-hole" by mechanical means and washing down with fresh water including removing all sewage sludge from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in from "WC to 1st manhole" by mechanical and washing down with fresh water including removing all sewage sludge from the sewage lines and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but except stone.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast factory made steel fibre reinforced concrete Manhole and Drain Covers of size 1200mm x 600mm x 100mm including dismantling the old unserviceable manhole covers and removal of the rubish material from site and make the site neat and tidy complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching of manhole, surface channels, drains complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for adding for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm girth complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 23.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 meter but not exceeding 3.00 meter.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100/150/200 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of size 200 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Reinforced concrete pipes 150mm dia, class NP2, laid & jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of dia 100 mm, and breaking up drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs wire netting galvanised steel wire 1.23 mm dia and 12 mm apparture size of mesh fixed with tinned tacks of steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Provision of labour for bailing out the water from the Static Water Tank (SWT) of dia exceeding 3.0 metre but not exceeding 9.0 metre and depth not exceeding 3 metre and carrying out, cleaning, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc from the walls and floor of Static Water Tank by scraping with the scrapers or iron wired brushes or by mechanical means and taking out liquid and sludge, solid contents from Static Water Tank (SWT) either manually or by mechanical pumping method and making the Static Water Tank (SWT) fully cleaned with clean water and make Static Water Tank (SWT) functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including removing and disposing off properly the sludge and solid contents outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Any type of scaffolding, T&P, pumps required for cleaning of Static Water Tank (SWT) shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted for this item includes the same.

Note :- Any type of scaffolding, T&P, pumps required for cleaning of Static Water Tank (SWT) shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted for this item includes the same.

Taking down cement plaster on walls or ceiling including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry wall/PCC block masonry/RCC Wall surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brickwork in CM (1:4) including water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying two coats of water based exterior acrylic emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA of Asian, Weather coat ALL GUARD of Berger, XTRA TOUGH of Shalimar) paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation and applying two coats of water based exterior acrylic emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA of Asian, Weather coat ALL GUARD of Berger, XTRA TOUGH of Shalimar) paint on brick, stone, concrete or plaster surface over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rolled mild steel for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, confirming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable, broken, rusted MS sheets and supply & fixing Mild steel, plain black sheet 1.25mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates & similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets & fixed to wood or steel framing joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, the numbers / letter are pasted with reflective tape etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Reflective tape shall be measured and paid seperately as Supply only.

Supply & fixing in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge. Note: Each line wire to be measured for payment purpose.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
