Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of 08 Nos Xerox Machines installed in GE Kasauli and Sub Divisions at Subathu for one year from the date of issue of work order as per terms and conditions. The details of installed Xerox Machines are as under :- (a) Toshiba E-160 Studio = 01 Nos ( E-8 Section) (b) Canon Multipurpose Digital Machine = 02 Nos ( E-1 Section & E-4 Section) (c) Canon Plain Photocopier = 01 No (AGE B/R Subathu) (d) Modi Xerox Photocopier = 01 No (BSO Kasauli) (e) Kyocera-Ecosys FS-C8520 MFP = 01 Nos (E-8 Section) (f) Kyocera-Taskalfa. 1800 = 01 Nos (E-2 Section) (g) Canon photocopier (E1 Section) TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) (a) Xerox Machines installed in GE Kasauli will be checked by the rep of company before concluding the AMC. (b) The representative/ mechanic of the company will visit GE office in a month for routine check. The office of GE Kasauli, may however, call the representative of the company on any working day for carrying out repaires of any fault, breakdown in the Xerox Machine, with in the specified time. (c) All the complaints will be attended at GE Office. Deptt rep will be present during the course of repairs/servicing of machine. A test report will be shown/ given after completion of repair to the Office Supdt by the rep of company. (d) Minor consumable items shall be provided by the company. Only Major parts which have become defective shall be provided by the Deptt to the rep of company for fixing/replacing. (e) 50% payment of AMC amount will be made after six months of the contract and balance 50% after next six months. (f) Deptt has the right to terminate the contract, if the work is not found satisfactory without any notice. The representative of company shall made an entry in a register on every visit to GE Kasauli and give his remarks about the performance/ faults if any in the machines and sign in the presence of Office Supdt.
