AMC for two year for cleaning of floors, toilets, grass, bushes, drains, top of roof of Officers Club and Hospital under Sawang Washery, Kathara Area

Item Description/ Heading

Brooming & cleaning of floor of main office & site office in industrial area including mopping, removing & disposal of the sae up to lead of 100 mt all complete as per instruction of E/I

Cleaning & sweeping of road, scooter parking, car parking shed etc in the washry premises including collection of materials as required with all tools and tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of E/I

Cleaning of toilet (floor area up to 10 sqm including cleaning of dado. Skriting, W.C Pan(Indian/western type), wash basins, urinals, glass shelves, mirror & other fittings if any with soap solution, acids , deodrants, phenyl etc to make the toilet clean & hygenic, all complete with tools, tackles & conubales as per instr. of E/I

Cleaning of all types of roof including removal of dry leaves, weedings and cleaning drain, holes, brooming etc. all complete with tools & tackles & stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of EIC

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of drain (Pukka/ Kuchha) & removal of the debris/silt/slush/ & other refuge & cleaning the berms of the drain & disposal the same with the lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m as per instruction of Eng. I/C

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)
