SH: - 6.00 - FLOORING WORK
Providing and laying at all levels average 50mm thick VDF monolithic flooring laid to slope as per requirements, comprising of 1 portion of cement and 2 parts of coarse sand and 4 parts of 12.5 mm down size stone aggregate by volume . The floor shall be laid in panels formed with the PVC strips of 35 mm x 6 mm of size not more than 10 sq.m. (one side not exceeding 3 m) including sprinkling non-metallic (chemical) floor hardener Nitoflor hard top of Fosroc at the rate of 3 Kg/sqm. before final machine trowelling and finishing as per manufacturer's specification and as per approved layout and curing etc. including all labour, material, plant & equipment etc.,at basement area and other locations complete as directed by the Engineer in charge
8.12 : Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvillinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.a. SH: - 7.00- ROOFING WORK
12.48 : Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately)
Providing and laying MP hip and ridge tiles with class AA Mangalore pattern tiles of approved brand including fixing with as surki mortar 1:1/2:8 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Applying sealer compound one or more coat ( MRF, sheenlac etc.) after filling cracks and undulations in wood work with suitable wooden fillets then cleaning and smoothing the surface with special chisel/tools then sandering with suitable sandering paper so as to get a uniform smooth surface for applying sealer compound in roof members like rafter,wallplates,reeper etc upto 10m height including cost of scaffolding etc complete job as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
Removing rust using Rustolin or Equivalent at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including cleaning the surface, etc. complete.On steel work
SH:9.00- MISCELLANEOUS BUILDING WORK
Providing and applying Antitermite treatment by injecting. BiFlex TC chemical emulsion for pre-constructional treatment and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313 (Part II) 1981 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete conforming to manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Plinth area only to be measured for the payment)
Providing and fixing well seasoned second class teak wood roof members in places of damaged one and already removed from position such as rafters, ridge, wall plate,collar, collar pin, flooring joists etc including all labour for ornamental cutting, steps, moulding etc. wherever necessary as per the existing size and shape including all scaffolding charges.Wooden members has to undergo seasoning and season certificate may be produced.
4.17 : Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.
