Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out / laying cable / pipe line, cesspits, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sq mtr on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/around cable all as specified.

M & L for well burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size bricks as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise all as directed

Taking out existing LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated armoured aluminium conductor from tranches/ducts/pipe, on wall, poles of following size and removing unserviceable cable from site to store :-

M&L for KAPITRODE Earthing with Cast Iron pipe electrode, 75mm bore, 3.15mm wall thickness , 2.9 metres length,with GI pipe & funnel, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 2.9 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 25x5mm dia galvanised iron strip including the following, : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 of size 450x450x450mm with Cast iron cover with suitable handle. (c) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead. (d) Requisite quantity of BFC Compound (bentonide powder) and black cotton soil. (e) Testing of earthing. NOTE :- On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings,shrubs, brushwood, ndergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance including levelling of the area complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- T&P required for this job to be brought by the contractor)

S & F in replacement steel tubular swaged completewith cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 of length 9 mtr including earth work, PCC for foundation, copping all around the pole duly painted with aluminium paint over a red oxide primer as per SSR specification and directed.

Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil by using mobile dehydration & filtration plant, heating and filtering the oil to be carried out till the di-electric strength reaches value 50 KV or above in one minute, for any capcacity of transformer (63-250 KVA)/starter of pumps of any type & any capacity.

M&L for topping up/replacement of transformer oil of transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil upto a required level of 50 KV di-electric strength to withstand for one minute in any type and capacity of transformer all as specified & directed.
