M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work, & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 {using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/benching bed plates roof kerbs mud stops, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc With ends of bars shouldered and riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe. 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel work as in Joist,channel,angle, or tee sections, fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated , conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in bands,strap, supports or stay for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasp and staples, chains hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wallties hook for hanging fans,plain angle cleats for secruing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and tree ways straps , plate washers and similar samllarticles confirming to Fe 290 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Preparing RCC roof slab top by wire brushing and cleaning the dust and forign materail etc complete and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm and there after laying of a layer of APP based polymeric membrane (five layered with centre core as 100 microns high molecular high density polyethylene film) weighing 3kg/Sqm and will be laid as per MES SSR Pt-I para 11.43.2.2 with minium side lap 75 mm and end Lap of 150 mm bonded with hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde penetration @ 1.20 kg/sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition (pleable free) @ 0.50 kg/sqm dusted over the bitumen coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm /sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws neeoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:2:4 etc type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) pavement/ramp/floor finsihed fair and event complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finish rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment / cement plaster of any description such as PCC Padding/ Coba treatment/ mud phuska/Lime conc terracing including screed bed etc. Hessian base felt/tar felt etc. (any type and thickness) with and including, removing debris out sideMOD Land at contractor is own arrangement ) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for taking down old cement plaster/Grit wash on stone wall or brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water with and including, removing debris out sideMOD Land at contractor is own arrangement ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair Cat eye ABS body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lens temperature resistant body and lens with high impactstrength of size 91mm x 117mm x 17mm (Avery Dennison ) Feixed with Bitumen Adhesive BI-69 complete all as specified and directed. (Make: SIGNTECH or equivelent modle of 3M, Dark Eye, shakti make as approved by GE).

S&F in repair road safety polycarbonate convex mirror of 80 cm dia mounted on mild steel pipe with anti theft steel nets including necessary excavation and embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of required size as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed (Make: Dark eye Cat No. CM-04(1) or equivalent)

S&F in repair Delineator made out of 40 mm bore 'light grade' MS pipe of length 750 mm duly powder coated in colour bends high in density micro-prismatic grade retro-reflective fittings has the tip of pipe 100 mm red with upper and lower border of 25 mm yellow sheepping). The fitting portion protected by MS jali fixed on road side (in embedded in PCC 1:3:6 of size 40 x 40 x 40 cm) including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Kiwalite Industry, 3M Company, Nautanial shakti & Sons or equivalent all as specified and approved by Accepting Officer.

S & F in repair Speed breakers made of sturdy plastic moulded in ABSPC Alloy - highly resistant to severe impacts and harsh weather condition, dovetail interlocking in subunits to make it bind perfectly and studded with reflector on either side, bottom portion to be filled with rich concrete. Fixing of speed breakers to be done with 04 Nos bolts on each piece & bottom portion applied with heavy duty apoxy and to meet the AL-1005 specification all as per manufactureres instruction complete all as specified and directed.
