Cleaning of RCC overhead water storage tank cap 1,00,000 Gallons at 40 Ft staging in two compartments by tank clean process as below

Mechanical removal of all remaining dirty water by reqd capacity of submersible pump.

Dewatering the over head tank by any means and cleaning the complete inner surfces by rubbing / scrapping by wire brush to remove the sludge, washing with bleaching powder solution and then with water and draining out sludge, water completely and details of tanks like date of cleaning ,capacity of tanks etc shall be written on the out side of the tank with synthetic enamel paint with letter size 20 cm high in white colour, over a black background of size 100x30 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of all dirty particles by industrial wet vacuum cleaner leaving the tank 99.9% physical cleaned.

Sterilization of tank by eco-friendly degradable and highly effecting all pathogens agent of tank clean sterilization of tank atmosphere by industrial V.V radiator leaving the tank complete sterile and writing the date of cleaning with paint all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 above but RCC overhead tank of cap 25000 Gallons single compartment 40 ft staging.

Cleaning of sewage sump well 5 mtr dia and 9 mtr deep ground level by mechanical/manual removal of dirty water/vegetation sludge. Note: - (1) the contractor shall make temp ditch 10 mtr away from the well to dump the sludge removed from the well and refill the same after the work is over. (2) The contractor shall make temp arrangements for blocking the flow of sewage till the completion of work.

Repairs to Mono block Pumping set 0.5 HP,re-winding with existing size of copper conductor wire PVC insulated and repair to pump by replacing the neck rings, motor bush distance sleeves pump coupling stud sealing kit thrust plate and nuts and re fixing the same position and testing complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Dismantling electric connection from the panel Board and taking out submersible pump and Motor complete set of capacity 40 HP with column pipes of any size, repair and rewinding of submersible motor with appropriate gauge PVC insulated copper wire and repair to pump by replacing the neck-rings, GM impellors motor bush distance sleeves, pump coupling stud and Nuts sealing Kit, including replacement of Nuts and Bolts of size ½” x 3” where required, thrust plate and refixing in position and testing complete all as directed.
