Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing carefuully exisiting bus bar with MCCB from site and transporting it to MES Power House and depositing in MES Store yard, comlpele all as specified.

Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces , complete all as specified & directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC , complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing bus chamber factory made, CPRI approved, fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet and vermin proof with neoprene gasket having front opening and locking arrangement with IP-54 protection as per IS-8623, duly powder coated (Internally and externally) comprising of 04 Nos aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, RYB insulated with different color code and sleeved insulators complete prewired and copper cable connection with all incoming and outgoing cable connection with suitable size of lugs and glandscomplete all as specified.
