Completion of incomplete works in respect of Spl Repair to Retaining Wall at Rear side of Bldg No P-32 and P-33 of Cheerbagh and Certain LBW and Revenue Work Under AGE B/R-II of GE Dehradun.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.2.00 here in above but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge with in MD land.

M&L for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works, not exceeding 200mm thick for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory fabricated steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, handle, complete all specified and directed. (Note:- Steel window/ventilator shall be procured from IS approved manufacturer as per list given in Appendix 'B').

M&L cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching to drain, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm bore type 'B', single socketed in any length as in weep hole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain finished fair and even using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L forming embankment including raising or (lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30cm thick, watering remmaning /rolling and finishing to required size and shape etc exc 1.5 m but n exc 3 mtr height from base complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footing, plinth beams, bases for column etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30.00 here in above but except stone (Old stone obtained from demolition shall be re-used).

M&L for extra over sand stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depression on face from straight edge hold against the dressed surface not exc. 40mm as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles (Note:- Seviceable stone shall be kept aside for reused in respective item here in above).

M&L Boulder pitching laid dry, hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bound with approved quarried stone of size exc 150mm (Wire crate shall be measured and paid separatly).

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 150x100mm mesh, made up to mattresses or cages lapped , wired and laid in position including closing afte fillings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F towel ring of PTMT fixed to wall with chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats. (Minimum weight 90gms)

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade / double charged / ultrachared polished (square / rectangular) of 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exc. 0.12 sqm ( cut from 600 mm x 600 mm/ 605mm x 605 mm tiles )as as in vertical surface such as dado/ skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the shade of tile incl 10 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) to recieve tiles complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Shed of tiles shall be same as floor tiles.)

S&F alumunium powder coating 53 micron partition (Single for glass) and frame with alumunium section with and including glass (as specified below) , Alumunium section shall be of size as given below:- Frame: 50x50 mm x 1.08 mm thick, Top /bottom and side style/rails of partition Glass : 4.8mm thick rectro reflected glass fixed with rubber gasket with alumunium beading and making good of wall surface with matching to existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
