Repairing of Damaged 630KVA (33/0.4KV) Station Transformer at 400KV Substation, Bareilly.

Loading of the Damaged Transformer at 400 K.V S/S Bareilly to Repair Workshop by suitable capacity Hydra to Private Vehicle provided by the Contractor, carriage of same from 400 K.V S/S Bareilly at Repair Workshop and safe Unloading & placing at the Repair Workshop.

Cleaning of all parts of transformer including Core Tank, Cooling Tube Radiators. Minor repair of core as per requirement, fitting & fixing of new parts / usable parts, making connections & assembling the Core and H.T. & L.T. Coils complete in all respect, shifting the job to baking chamber and after proper insulation, re-tanking and filling the T/F Oil duly centrifuged & filtered, making ready the Transformer for test, Testing of the Transformer for all the Routine Tests as per ISS 2026 / 1977.

Replacement of burnt & damaged H.T. Coils with new 12 Nos. H.T. Coils (12 Nos. H.T. Coils in each Leg; each Coil weighing 11.5 Kg) complete with insulation / varnishing after vacuum impregnation in Kanohar Make 630 KVA 33 / 0.4 KV Transformer. Old and Used Copper Scraps shall be property of Contractor hence rates must be quoted accordingly.

Erasing worn out Paper Insulation from L.T. Coils, Straightening the L.T. Coil Strips, re-covering with Double Paper Insulation (D.P.C.) on naked Strips by D.P.C. Machine and making the 3 Nos. L.T. Coils (Each Coil weighing 64 Kg), with cost of Paper Insulation, Double Paper Insulation covering and making of L.T. Coils only.

Replacement of Insulating materials (L.S.).

Repairing Tap Changer including replacement Tapping Switches etc.

Replacement of Silica gel Breather with fresh Silica gel in place of damaged ones.

Filling of Centrifuging & Fresh Transformer Oil to be provided by the Department.

Painting of the Transformer inside with Zinc Chromate Paint & outside with two coats of Smoke Grey colour synthetic enamel Paint.

Loading of the repaired Transformer at Repair Workshop by suitable capacity Hydra to Private Vehicle provided by the Contractor, carriage of same from Repair Workshop to 400 K.V S/S Bareilly and safe unloading & placing at stores at the Sub Station.
