Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness of 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for feeder pillers box factory made -out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less that 3 mm. of size 50 x 50 x 30 cm with aluminium bus bar strip 4 Nos of 300 Amps rated suitable for 1100 volt (LT) mounted on LT porcelain insulator front opening door one leaf braced with hinged, and fixing on wall with suitable nuts and bolts. Top of box MS sheet duly weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with powder coated by using 7 tank process including providing MCCB, 4 pole,fixed type 100 Amps, 16 KA rating-01 No (Incoming), complete all as specified and directed.

Top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with powder coated by using 7 tank process including providing MCCB, 4 pole,fixed type 200 Amps, 25 KA rating-01 No (Incoming), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 12 above but of 35 sqmm 3.5 core.

Note for Sl Item No : 10 to 14 : (i) All existing connections for existing busbar trunk must be reconnected with new arrengements of cables & proposed busbar chambers. The rate for making all necessary connections and testing will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Factory test of the cable shall be carried out in presence of the rep of accepting officer as detailed by Accepting Officer and contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificates while claiming payment of LT cables. The contractor will arrange the testing at factory premises and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall included for GI pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover.

S&F GI tubing light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings for 50mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.
