NS-1 Supply, installation and commissioning of Each/month trackbased rail lubricator ( Electronic type) with dualapplicator/wiper bar complete system as perRDSO's technical specification No. IRS-T-48 alongwith advanced correction slip No.1 with carry downeffect of 1 Km. & Supply of solar panel and itsaccessories including battery and mast for succesfuloperation of lubricator . The firm has to inspecteach location regularly for operation andmaintenance not less than 15 days for each curve.Power supply : Application system should bedesigned to accommodate both direct electricalconnection to an AC power source and to operateindependently using a solar panel and battery asper para 7.2 of RDSO technical specification fortrack based lubricator. The rate includes alltools,plants,parts,labour,taxes,transportation,royaltyetc complete job. The rate also inlcudes the cost ofparts and AMC for 5 years. The machine and thesolar panel assembly will be the property ofcontractor which will be taken back by contractorafter successful completion of job (i.e after 5years.) The rate also inlcudes the testing of greasefor its suitability as per RDSO specification (i.etesting the grease for its coeffiecient of frictionwhich should be less than 0.25) shall be done bytenderer at a frequency of 1 month or more.
