Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohabited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dewatering whereever required,settling out to required lines,levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the HP.PWD specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed dumping charges of M.C. if levilled any to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, mechineries, tools, equipment and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transporation and used/removed as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidential charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge:- All kinds of soil.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete as per HP.PWD., specification 1990 volume-I ( one ) including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level and all floor level in 1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter ) nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapet,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, Sunken floor etc., upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering & finishing 1 : 1.5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( Twenty milimetre )nominal size ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint with of required shade new work ( two or more coat ) applied @ 1.67 litre/10 Sqmt ( one point six seven litre per ten square metres ) over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg /10 Sqmt ( at the rate two point two zero kilograme per ten square metre ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter ) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10sqm( zero point eight zero litre per ten square meter ) of approved brand and manufacture complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
