Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / Demolition of old textile covering form roof (old WPT) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated sheeting including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully water tanks of capacity n exc 1000 ltr incl disconnecting the pipeline & refixing the water tanks in position after necessary water proofing treatment of roof incl reconnection inlet outlet, vent pipe and float valve etc complete all specified and directed. (all necessary fittings & fixtures required for inlet & outlet connection shall be included in this item)

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in padding concrete over roof slab 40 mm thick (average) bedding layer mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick over roof slab in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces of external walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

water proofing treatment with 4 mm thick APP (Atactic poly propylene) modified bituminous membrane reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 180 gm/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethylene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene, applied by thermo fusion method using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane, after applying a coat of bituminous primer@ 0.25 Kg/ Sqm over roof an overlap of 100mm & 150 mm shall be provided on sides and ends respectievely and applying two coat of aluminum paint surface finished complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas etc applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic based exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin plain Galvalume sheeting in roof covering and cladding having 1000-1020 mm width manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood , plain framed, panelled shutters, (two panel) with lock rail and, panels shall be of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made 35 mm thick,2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc for doors, size of members as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of MES Schedule Part-I Section-8, and fitted to chowkats, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated aluminium anodised frame and shutter for doors, windows and partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle, stoppage, locking arrangements etc complete with powder coating of approved colour minimum thickness 50 micron complete all as specified and directed.
