Maintenance Repair to Water Supply Installation, Control Panels, Motors, Pump Sets of Various Pumphouses, Borewell, Shallow Well and Connected Works at INS Kalinga, INS Karna and NAD Bheemunipatnam

M & L for taking down the Defective Electric Induction Motor of 125 HP Capacity of Kirloskar make 415 Volt, 3 Phase by dismantling the electrical connections, decoupling with pump, removing the motor from bed, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from Rotor/Stator and rewinding the Rotor or Stator with same type Super Enamelled Copper Conductor of same Gauge, Weight, same Number of turns and with necessary Insulating Material, Varnishing, Backing, replacement of Bearings with new Bearings, worn-out bushes, connectors, Terminal Plate, Re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and fixing back in original position aligning with the Pump, connecting cable through terminal block, applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including preparation of surfaces and including testing and commissioning on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 01 above but Electric Motor of Capacity 100 HP, 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 50 Hz of Make Kirloskar / C & G complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Overhauling of Centrifugal Pump Set of 125 HP Capacity of Make Kirloskar, by Disconnecting the Suction & Delivery lines, Dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable Ball Bearings, Shaft Sleeve, Gland, Neck Ring, Gland Rope Shield, Unserviceable Nut, Bolt, Washer etc. and Re-assembling the Pump Set completely and fixing back in original position, Reconnecting back the Suction & Delivery Lines, realigning and connecting cable through terminal block applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including preparation of surfaces and including testing and commissioning on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.
