RequiredTo qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have required bid capacity. To calculate Bid capacity, it will require financial turnover in last five years period i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10Percent each year. Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
