Supply of 3 ½ core, 1.1 KV grade, 95 Sq.mm, XLPE insulated, armoured, multi stranded, aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098/I Makes: Torent / Universal / Unicab / Havells / Gloster/ Polycab / Finecab

Laying / Clamping of the LT grade, 3 ½ Core X 95 Sq.mm armoured cable with all materials tools and tackles as directed by Engineer –in-charge. Note : Cable will be supplied by VPT at free of cost

Laying of the LT grade, 4 / 3 ½ Core X 25-50 Sq.mm armoured cable with sand cushioning and brick protection Including excavation with all materials tools and tackles as directed by Engineer –in-charge. Note : Cable will be supplied by VPT at free of cost

Excavation of Trenches of required width for laying of GI pipes, cables etc., including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, suitable depth including getting out the excavated soil and the returning the soil including consolidating depositing layer as directed by Engineer in charge with all labour tools and tackles Hard / Dense soil

Breaking of PCC and removing of debris as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour tools and tackles.

Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for base concreting, road cutting etc. as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Supply and fabrication of steel by using suitable flats, angles, channels of required sizes to provide required , back clamps to fenching, GI cable holding clamps, A.B. Switches including cutting, bolting, riveting, drilling, welding etc. including providing one coat of zinc rich epoxy paint primer complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of existing spun pole/rail pole duly breaking the coping and base PCC, excavating the earth upto 0.5mts depth from the ground level cutting the pole refilling the excavated earth and making the surface good to match the surroundings, returning the removed pole to E/M section stores /general stores as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material

Removal of 3 phase 4 wire overhead line on the existing spun/rail poles including removing,insulators, cut points jumpering, cross arms etc. and handing over to E/M section stores /general stores as directed by Engg.I/c including all materials , labour tools and tackles. Note : 1 RKM is equals to 4 runs

Supply, fabrication and fixing of 50mm GI Pipe with 2.5 Mtrs. Height (22 Nos) and Hot dipped galvanized iron chain link mesh 8 gauge (4.0mm) (apporxmate height 2 Mtrs)as per IS: 2721-1979 2 ½” x 2 ½ “ (63mm x 63mm) with suitable clamps, bolts and nuts including providing one coat of zinc rich epoxy paint primer and two coats of silver finish to safeguard the existing 4 pole structure as directed by Engineer/in-charge.

Number Painting on the B.G.Rail Poles / Swaged POLES / Spun Poles / hIGH Masts / Mini Masts with one coat of enamel black paint and lettering with radium white paint on duty cleaned surface for lettering embossment area (approx. RADIUM 16MM) as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material.

Supply of 75 mm dia PE 100 grade10Kg/cm2 HDPE pipe in the existing trench with all materials labour tools and tackles as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: Sudhakar / KSP / Tulasi

Removal and re-laying of CC blocks for laying of cable /GI pipe etc. as directed by Engineer in charge complete with all material labour tools and tackles.

Providing, earth station using 2.5 meters long, 40 mm medium grade G.I. pipe in a masonry enclosure duly filling with alternate layers of salt and charcoal complete with GI funnel and covering with RCC cover conforming to IS as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and material.

Supply and fixing / running of 25 x5/6 mm GI earth strip including connecting as open/recessed/clamped to the pole/mains as directed by engineer in charge including all labour , tools and tackles.
