Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings any thickness and any position (below or above ground level) and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 12 mm wide Joint to the full depth of PCC

Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120cm, as in flooring, plinth protection, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement ( corrugated or semi corrugated etc., ) as in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed .

Prepainted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel Sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of any description finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying with wall care putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying with 1 mm thick wall care putty in two coat including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of walls or roofs by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salt and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint as camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate,100 mm thick as in sub base for floor/hard standing complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning of reinforcement with rotary wire brush and rust remover and applying one coat of corrosion resistant coating on the reinforcement complete all as per manufacurer instructions. Note—This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of any shape / cross section for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-25 design mix as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to fair faces & finished surfaces of walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work includoing attached pilasters, buttresses etc, verticle or to batter in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-25 design mix as in walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work includoing attached pilasters, buttresses etc, verticle etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT steel bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Running welding in repairs for metal thickness exc. 6mm & n exc 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 [using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate] in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished drain or channel using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stooped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg (QCC) of cement per cubic metre, thickness of oncrete 25 cm or less, including formwork & necessary testing for achieve strength, complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for carring out of water proofing treatment in roof in the following stages : (a)- M & L 10 mm thick sceeding in cement mortar 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces on roof surfaces mixed with WPC, surface finished even and smooth without using extra. (b)- Apply first coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.40Kg/Sqm. (c)- Second coat of bonding material using hot blown type bitumen confirming to IS- 702-1988 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/ Sqm (d) Third layer of 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with non-woven polyester reinforcement shall be laid by torch application method. The side overlaps of minimum 75 mm and the end laps of minimum 100 mm. All overlaps & joints shall be sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (e) Fourth coat of bonding material using hot blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1998 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (f) Fifth and top most layer of surface finish 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof padding over APP membrane, the surface of concrete is to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement and proved V shaped groove 6mm wide & 10mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for scaffolding and Steel sheet of sufficient thickness to sustain the load of members (in which treatment is required to be carried out) to support beams and ceiling portion inside and outside area height upto 9 mtr during currency of work ensure safety of structure all as specifed.

Removing & Cleaning of existing loose concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer OR by manual chipping without damaging the existiong good concrete or controlled sand blasting including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. and removing demolished material outside MOD land complete. (Mode of measurement- breaking area of concrete)

Scrapping out/ removing corrosion/ scale/ rust etc from reinforcement applying rust remover on steel surface and after removal of rust then applying one coat of styrene butadiene polymerized cement mortar modifier on concrete surface and ensuring no porsity in surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer. Quoted rate deemed to include the cost of necessary formwork/shuttering/entering/propiong etc.

M&L for providing and applying passivating protective matrix conforming to EN 1504-7-2006 on steel and concrete surface forming a continous film not less than 1 mm of single component. Mucis protezione ferromono of Make Thermax and equivalent of chemco system/ webac/STP chemicals/ Redwop chemicals etc. and preparing the surface to receive the epoxy grout mortar including providing necessary proportions. Bracing and runners to relieve the members as required and as per design and pattern including preparing the surface to match wth the existing surface. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Drilling holes for pressure grouting of 25 mm dia., 50 to 75 mm deep in RC structural members at the intervals of 600 mm in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-in-charge, cleaning of holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, fixing PVC perforated nozzles of superior in RCC members in cleaned holes by applying thixotropic MAXGROUT PAF, to ensure complete sealing and cutting of nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Note:- This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Supply and injecting low viscous epoxy injection resin for crack injection grouting with chemicals etc. and by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, all tools and materials complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for providing upto 50mm thickness one component chloride free thixotropic fibre reinforced polymer modifie repair mortar BS5F complies with ASTM C 109 with flexural strength ASTM C 348 @ 7 days meeting 7N/mm2 and tensile strength @ 7 days (ASTM C 307) > 3 N/mm2 at the RCC surface mixed with 30 kg cement mortar in the ratio 1:1 (BS5F 30kg mix with 30 kg cement mortar of ratio 1:4) and mixed with styrene butydiene polymerized cement mortar modifier or AR for bonding with cementious mortar specially adhered to BS 6319 having specific gravity of 1.025 to 1.04, minimum 43% solid contents) @ 2% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer's instructions for external or internal surface of RCC/ slab/ beam/ columns/facias/any surface etc. . Top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement. including making good surface as per existing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for drilling hole for fixing of shear key connector and grouting the hole with chemical anchoing material Maxgrout PAF of M/S Thermax of equivalent on existing column/beam/chajja/wall/beams with Hilti HIT-HY70 or equivalent in thermax., maximum hole depth 100 mm, steel bar 12 mm dia and drill bit size 14 mm with polyester resin based anchoring material for H/V/Lrge annular applictions or post installed bars or in accordance with bar thickness. Complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- This item work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer. Quoted rate deemed to include the cost of Shear Key and chemical required for fixing of shear key.

M&L for providing and applying Rheoplastic non shrink, corrosion resistant, High strength compound BS66 on external or internal surface of RCC roof / floors / ceilings /chajjas /slab /balconies /beam /columns /facias /anysurface & etc, BS66 having compressive strength as per BS 4551-80, with 1:4 cement mortar (mixed with 30 kg cement mortar in the ratio 1:1 (BS66 30 kg mix with 30 kg cement mortar of ratio 1:4) with adding of integral water proofing compound 1000L in the ratio of 2% of the weight of ement and strength (ASTM C 109)- 80 Mpa @ 28 days, Tensile strength 2.0N/mm2 @ 28 days (ASTM C 348)- 4 Mpa @ 28 days, Flextural strength 10N/mm2 (ASTM D469), Expansion charactristics (ASTM C 827- 1987) Unrestrained expansion upto 4% pressure to restrain plastic Expansion - Apoprox. 0.004 N/sqmm, before pouring micro concrete it is recommended to apply granolithic E-Resin based solvent free concrete bonding agent/EP in accurate proportion with complete homogenesity. having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ litre, Compressive strength (BS 6319 pt.2 on 70 mm thickness)- 40 Mpa at 7 days, Flextural strength (BS 6319 pt.3)- 25 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 pt. 7)- 15 Mpa at 7 days, Bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/sqmm at 7 days, having an over lay time of 03 hrs at 30 C. pouring of micro concrete using suitable arrangement or required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete, including necessary form work shuttering as required and can be removed after 3/7 days, ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate etc. complete including all tools & plant.

M&L providing and filling three components compound (A) graded filler (B) E-Resins (C) thixotropic agents with adjustable consistancy by varying the filler component & having the density of 1.64 - 1.68 gm/cc.. for RCC/ columns/ beams cracks and similar work after opening up in "V" groove manner covering the area of 300mm from central line of crack with the depth of 50 mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge. Note- This item shall be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc . removing materials to re-use as per serviceabilty and for taking credit as per unserviceable and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Any variation in length beyond 7.50 m shall be measured separately.(iii) Item includes cost of lead wire up to 7.5 m Any variation in length beyond 7.50 m shall be measured separately.(iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Taking down old aluminium GI strip from the roof / wall of the building and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination rod, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flame proof rotary type switch with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250 V, complete all as specified and as directed.
