M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or inducton butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ of 3% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard desne soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for laying of water pipe lines/ taking out pipe lines etc and getting out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surface to required level and slope complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) Excavation shall be done manually. (ii) During excavation, any damage to electric /JFC or OFC cable shall be rectified by contractor at this own expense.

M&L for removing excavated material exceeding. 250 m but not exceeding. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 45kg/sqcm in field using 410kg/cum of concrete (with maximum size of coarse aggregate upto 40mm) as per mix design, with incorporation of non-circular polyestor fibre @ 1.0kg/cum of PQC, including all necessary formwork for laying in bays as shown on drawings complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Airfield drawing shall be referred at office of the GE (AF) Ambala (ii) Construction / contraction / expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items herein (iii) Volume of concrete shall be deduced excluding joints (iv) The quantity of cement and synthetic fibre to be used in concrete specified hereinabove is minimum. Any deviation on the plus side as per design mix and site conditions shall be catered without any extra cost to the Govt. (v) Polyester non-circular fibre shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only' under relevant item herein

M&L for providing lean cement concrete of grade M-15 Design Mix (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) with minimum cement content 250 Kgs/Cubic metre incluidng spreading and consolidating complete al as specified and directetd by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing clean dry coarse sand uniformly graded, spread, levelled in layers 20 mm thick over existing pavement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing polythene film 400 micron, thick, white colour, laid over sand layer including all necessary cutting overlaps not less than 300mm and waste etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for finishing of concrete roads/paving by brooming complete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only polyester triangular fibre 6/12mm long with circum-circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed, for melting point of 240-260 degree celsius and having specific gravity 1-34 to 1-40, Recron 3-S, manufactured by M/S Reliance Industries Ltd, Mumbai etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for forming contraction joints (Dummy joint) upto 100mm depth of concrete slab (PQC) x 8mm wide (Using diamond cutter) and cleaning and removing material, dirt,and all loose material etc. completely with compressor air blower from joints and filling with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth minimum above back up rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) + 30 % confirming to the requirment of BS:5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistence test including two coats of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod of dia 25% more than the width of joint over joint filler board in position, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for forming construction joint full depth of concrete and 10mm wide (Using diamond cutter) including upto 1/3rd depth (minimum 100 mm) of concrete to form joint and cleaning and removing material, dirt,and all loose material etc. completely with compressor air blower from joints and filling with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechinical means to a depth of 10mm (depth minimun above back up rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) + 30 % confirming to the requirment of BS:5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistence test including two coats of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod of dia 25% more than the width of joint over joint filler board in position, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant on is applied as required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and to any size, over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement by GE.

Supply and fixing of semi perforated false ceiling 12mm thick with micro tegular edged at all height with GRG ( Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x 595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2% humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.60 to 0.85 as per IS 8225-1987, non combusitible as per BS 476 (Part-4) 1970 and light code description unit code No. 429 sub head 26 New Technologies and materials reflectance of 85% minimum to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @120 gms/ sqm including both sides) comprising of main T- runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 15x 32 mm of length 120mm and secondary intermediate) cross T of size 15x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (Galvanisesd @80 gm/sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastener, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x 2mm, galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x 0.4mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on perimeter wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall SS screws.. Notes : Unit rate quoted against this item shall also includes taking down and refixing the same of any electrical board, switch, sockets, light and fittings, fans etc, after carrying out necessary relevant work and making good to match with existing effected to this area etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engieer-in-Charge.

M&L for 5mm thick fire proof prelam PVC sheet feathered at the edges for fixing on hollow PVC wall lining insulated PVC wall lining , and solid PVC cement and fixing at site. Partition inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site complete all as specified and driected.

M&L for 5mm PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 2.5 cm soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI water mains 100 mm dia bore (including all fittings) with socket or flanged ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- In -Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning, Double flanged non-rising stem type cast iron sluice valve suitable for 100 mm dia bore pipe with hand wheel and suitable for pressure rating of PN :1.6 duly drilled holes for fixing of nuts and bolts, stem made of high tensile brass ISI marked and conforming to IS : including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers including taking down old sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine/T&P complete with and including earth work all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of existing valve pit chamber, M&L for masonry valve pit of size 950x950x750mm internal size complete with excavation, earth work and brick work in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally with and including 5mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame of suitable size and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete with locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.
