Taking out Runway/Taxiway/Traffic light carefully from CI Transformer housing boxes by unscrewing nuts bolts and detaching isolating transformer and electrical connection repairing the same by opening Cover, re-wir-ing the Light Fitting with 6.0 Sqmm solid Copper Conductor XLPE Cable, replacing unserviceable Parts as required/ordered, re-fix ing Light Fitting in Original Position after repaired and connecting up, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unsv/burnt UG Control Cable/ Runway lighting cable of any cross sectional area etc laying in trenches all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation & testing of bidirectional approach light suitable for 200W, 6.6 Amp AC constant current series system with bi pin halogen Lamp complete with all accessories such as base plate ,breakable coupling,mounting assembly ,gasket, Lamp Holder,Lenses,bi pin,Secondary lead of adequate length etc confirming to ICAO Annex 14 complete bidirectional type with following fitments all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Clear /Clear , Make:-AMA/THORN

(ii) 180 degree clear /yellow

(iii) 180 degree Green /Red

(iv) 180 degree Amber/ Orange

Supply ,laying ,jointing , testing and commisioning 6 Sqmm Airfield lighting cable single core 5KV Grade solid copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed unshielded antitermite and anti rodent treated unarmoured cable generally conforming to IS 1554 part I as amended upto date as specified in particular specification and all as required

Supply and fixing of cast iron transformer housing boxes water tight cylindrical metal container of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm high all round cast iron moulding except top which will be 15 mm thick having two earth bolts nuts and washers 10 mm dia and one hole with GI nut to suit entry of 50 mm dia pipe .Opening on top with a cover plate to be fixed with neoprene rubber gasket etc ,including painting with one coat of synthetic paint as required including cement concrete/foundation PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate thickness of concrete 150mm in all the sides and 100 mm in bottom including dressing of earth soil and finishing with 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on exposed surface incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point complete all as specified.

M & L sand cushioning in trenches for cable protection with coarse sand laid dry in trenches with uniform thickness including consolidation complete all as directed.

M/L for brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable all as directed.

S & F GI Tubing light grade of size 50mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamp as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed.

S & FGI Tubing light grade of size 40mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamp as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to GI wire 4 mm by means of GI nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI Wire 4 mm dia comolete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in making good of earth pits cover , etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface incl GI Tubing not exc. 80mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed.
