Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. Providing vacuum de watered controlled cement surfacing 100mm thick in required slope and chamber confirming M20 grade with 20mm size stone aggregate cast in situ ,smooth finish and leveling with double framed screed vibrator ,excess water to be removed through vacuum pump with bottom and top filter mat duly sealing the edges all round including provisions of polythene sheet below the concrete layer before placing of concrete and finishing with paver floated and power trawler to obtain the hard surface including provision of expansion joints at 6mtr intervals across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealant and adding admixture recron 3S for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc..,complete and as directed by the corporation officers (All labour , materials ,tools and plants etc.., including cement by the contractor only)

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc.

White washing two coats with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying, and fixing 40mm dia PVC pipes of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

FLOOR FINISHING with semi polished cuddapah slab over a coat of bitumen at the rate of 17 kg /10 sq. meter over base concrete and laid over cement mortar 1:4(one cement and four sand) of 20mm thick including pointing the semi polished cuddapah slab with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth and directed. The semi polished cuddapah slab shall be of size 60cm x 45cm for a thickness of 40mm machine cutting on all sides and top surface semi-polished. The Tolerance for thickness shall not exceed + 10%(Rate includes cost of all materials).
