(Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

Material and labour for painting of the transformer 400 KVA, RMU, VCB complete by removing old paint by scrapping and providing spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Suitable for existing colour) of approved make duly marking/writing MES/SM No., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Gasket for LT/HT Bush suitable for 400 KVA transformers, including taking down old unserviceable gasket, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Breather suitable for 400 KVA distribution transformers, complete including taking down, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Silica Gel (Moisture absorbent chemical) for breather of transformer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LT bush with rod of brass complete cork washer with nuts bolts and washers of brass of suitable size for 400KVA Transformer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT bush with rod of brass complete cork washer with nuts bolts and washers of brass of suitable size for 400KVA Transformer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Oil Temp Gauge suitable for 400KVA transformer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preventive Maintenance and Servicing, 11/0.433 KV, 400 KVA Step down Transformer Indoor and Oil Cooled type by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side HT bushing, bushing rod, opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc., rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of transformer according to previous system. Servicing of the transformer must be done through OEM or authorised personnel including maintaining and submitting the inspection and testing records of each transformer to the Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. :- Inspection of transformer shall involve :-(a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazing’s, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside/outside the transformer. (d) Checking of off load tap changer assembly, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding. (e) Conducting the test on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit, IR Value, High Voltage Test etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note 2. : Spares used bushes studs HT/LT, bushing rod HT/LT, transformer oil, filtration of oil, buchholtz relay, Gaskets set, Off Load Change over switch etc., will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. Note 3 :- The rates quoted against the item is deemed to be included for cost of Labour for lifting/transporting to civil workshop and vice-versa, if required as per site requirement.

Attending any breakdown immediately power transformer/RMU/VCB of 400 to 630A capacity by OEM service engineer to check and repair/replace any spares related break down and make the power transformer serviceable within 24hrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Spares will be paid separately under the relative items. (ii) Checking of all electrical connection and proper tightening is inclusive of this job. (iii) Proper care shall be taken to isolate the supply, taking shutdown if required from PGVCL and it shall be ensured that repairs are carried out on No LIVE switchgears are inclusive of Job

Comprehensive maintenance/Overhauling of HT panel/RMU (01 Incoming and 2x Outgoing) of 630A capacity, 11KV, Indoor type, SF6, insulated compact with short circuit peak making current 50 KA and short breaking current 20 KA fully arc proof metal enclosed free standing floor mounting manually operated fixed type SF 6 insulated, 02 Nos, detection of defective components, replacement of worn-out parts and servicing/cleaning of mechanical components through authorised service centre of RMU manufacturer /OEM or skilled RMU repairing agency, re-insertion of trolly in HT panel, testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Worn out parts shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. (ii) Replacement of mechanical indication in the front in the mimic for open & close breaker / isolator / earth switch and manual push button for emergency trip etc., all are inclusive of job and all as specified and as directed. (iii) Disconnect the HT cables in test position, check the megger value of RMU terminals with body by suitable HT megger of range 5000 volts and check the serviceability of Earthing connection by earth megger, note down the reading all are inclusive of this job.

Material & Labour for Construction of brick masonry valve pit complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified with internal dimension 150x150x110cm (type 'B') including MS sheet cover 3mm thick welded with hinges on angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with hold fast grouted in 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping on top of brick wall including necessary locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down/up the Unsv Submersible Pump 12.5/15 HP including disconnecting delivery system etc and reassembling after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and oiling and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [NOTE: Replacement of worn out spares will be measured and paid separately].

Dismantling the centrifugal Pump 12.5/15 HP including disconnecting suction and delivery etc and reassembling after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [NOTE: Replacement of worn out spares will be measured and paid separately].

Dismantling of electric motor 3 phase, 415 Volt capacity 12.5/15 HP, incoming disconnection electric connections, dismantling slots, taking out burnt windings and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size including insulating material and varnishing, greasing, painting with super enamelled paint as per colour cod assembling the motor after rewinding and mounting at its own position, replacing the old nut, bolts and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down/up the Unsv Submersible Pump upto 5 HP including disconnecting delivery system etc and reassembling after replacement of necessary spares including greasing and oiling and painting of 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replace following worn out spares of Centrifugal/mono-block pump 12.5/15 HP sets.
