Taking down existing street light/flood light/high mast light/Garden light/Post top light carefully (any capacity, any type) from pole/Building carrying out repair work at site including replacement of unserviceable/ defective screw, nut and bolts, spares etc, refixing the fittings in its original position, testing and commissioning, including removal of bushes, creepers and trimming of branches around the light fitting including taking out fixing site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) If any major repair is required, attending complaints and replacement of any nature in street light network at any point of time, the items shall be replaced with respective item of BOQ is deemed to be inclusive. (ii) Tools, ladder, vehicle required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Contractor will ensure the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iv) Contractor shall provided Skilled ITI Electrician and Produce the Certificate before the commencement of work. (v) Contractor should ensure all the street lights are functional before leaving the station and represenative of contractor should check after all the street lights are switch ON after rendering completion to respective JEs/Engineer-in Charge as day to day basis. (vi) Contractor has to supply first aid kit to their workers and has to show the Engineer-in-Charge before starting the work.

Supply and fix in repair GI brackets for street light fitting made out of 40 mm dia,1.5 m long, medium grade pipe, bend to 120 degree angle shape, drilled holes etc & fixed with clamps, nuts, bolts etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 7 Metre GI Octagonal pole single section with bottom dia 130mm, top dia 70mm having sheet thickness 3mm, The door height cutout should not be more than 500mm with door elevation 500 mm, The size of the reinforced rod should be 30x4mm; size of the base plate should be 220x220x12mm, PCD for the holes should be 220 with foundation bolt dia M20, length of the foundation bolt 700mm with four foundation bolts. Notes for Serial item No 1 to 74 above: Contractor has to quote the tender taking the below mentioned points into consideration and the rates of the above items are inclusive of the below mentioned points. (a) The contractor shall provided skilled ITI electricians and Helpers for 8 Hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 Hours. (b) The contractor has to arrange skilled ITI electricians and Helpers taking into consideration that the complaint will be attended at two places at the same time in Garuda area. (c) All the Lights / LT cable / Electrical components breakdown complaints has to be attended immediately and completed on the same day. (d) Contractor has to note that the complaints will be raised everyday and the contractor staff has to attend the complaints on day to day everyday basis complete for the span of the contract. (e) Contractor has to arrange sufficient labours during breakdowns as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (f) If the contractor has not attended the complaint on time or delay/pending will be recovered Rs. 1000 per day.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
