Supply ,install,commissioning and testing totally enclosed (silent operation with canopy,CPCB-Iv compliant ),static type Diesel Engine driven,liquid cooled, Generating set of 10 KVA/8KW capacity accommodated within accoustic enclosure (at 0.8 lagging P.F) , 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase system & for 0.85 Load factor including AMF Panel , base plint as per manufacturer recommendation. (A) Diesel Engine :- Diesel Engine shall be 4 stroke liquid cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at ambient temprature of 50°C ,50% RH & at 1000m above MSL, electronic governor, conforms to BS:5514/ISO 3046, BS 649, IS 10000 with capacity of 10% overload for one hour in every 12 Hours of contineous operation. The engine shall have noise limit of 75 dB(AThe OEM shall undertake Type approval and conformity of production certificate for emission standard for engine from agencies approved by GoI. Copy of the same shall be produced. (A1) Air Intake System, (i) Air intake manifold., (ii) Dry type air cleaner, (A2) Exhaust System, (i)Dry exhaust manifold with Residential silencer and catalytic converter, (A3) Cooling system, (i) Engine water pump, (ii) Radiator with Fan, (iii) Coolant additive concentrate, (A4) Lubricating system, (i) Oil pan, (ii)Engine mounted lube oil pump, (iii) Lube oil filter, (A5) Starting System, (i)12/24 v DC Starter Motor, Voltage regultors, (ii)12/24v DC Alternator for Battery charging, (iii) 12V/24 V suitable maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, (A6) Engine mounted microprocessor based (preferably) Instrument panel with digital display for the following :- (i) LED indicating lamps - for Genset running, remote start, shutdown, warning , manual, auto and stop, (ii) Data Logs - engine run time and controller on time, (iii) Start/Stop switch with Key, (iv) Indication/Display of - for water temp, lub oil pressure, Lub oil temp, Battery charging, RPM, Over speed, Low lub oil trip , Engine hours. (v) Engine and alternator Data - staring battery voltage, Engine running Hrs, Engine temp, Engine oil pressure, Alternator voltage, current, KVA, frequency, KWH shall be displayed, (B) Protection to Genset, i) Low lube oil pressure warning/shutdown ,(ii) High engine temp warning/shutdown,(iii) Low coolant temp warning,(iv)Sensor failure indication,(v)Low/High battery voltage warning,(vi)Weak battery warning,(vii)Fail to start shutdown,(viii)Cranking lockout,(ix)High/Low AC Voltage shutdown,(x) Under/Over frequency shutdown,(xi)Loss of sencing volatge shutdown. (C) Others, (i) AVM Pads, (ii) First fill of lubricanting oils,(iii) Flywheel with housing,(iv) Residential silencer, (D) Alternator - Synchronous alternator copper wounded rated 10 KVA, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 3 Phase , 50 Hz, AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 degree c, 50% RH and at 500 m MSL, brushless type, self exicited, SPDP encl, contineous duty, voltage regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722 with Class F/H insulation. The salient feature are as under : (a) Permanent lubricating bearing (b) Permissible overloading of 10% for one hour in every 12 hrs of contineous operation (c) Permissible unbalancing capability minimum 25% per phase. (E) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing accustic enclosures suitable for 10 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet 2 mm of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by minral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted of three coats of dulux gloss synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :- (i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet of ISMC suitable section .(ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel .(iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA 2 mm thick air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks .(iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick.(v)Accustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing mineral rock wool slab thickness 100mm of density 96Kg/m3 confirming to IS 8183 , covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommendation .Test report from original manufacturer to be submitted before incorporation in the work for authenticity of material .(vi) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel . (F) FOUNDATION:- RCC Fuoundation M 20 ( or as per manufacturer design) ,450 mm overall height, 300 mm above floor level and 150 mm below floor level of required size. The price of foundation of DG Set is included in quoted rate. (G) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, tank shall be fitted with in canopy as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil.(iii) fuel strainer.(iv) Pipe for fuel.(v) Air vent. NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted .(b)Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer,s instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted .(c) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Eng-in-charge (d) Testing of DG set shall be done as per relivant IS clause or min 10 hour running with 01 hour with no load, 02 hr with 25% load, 02 hrs with 50 % load, 02 hrs with 75 % load, 02 hour with 100 % load, 01 Hr with 110 % load. The required Fuel and artifical load/ tools, etc to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and Fix onload changeover switch with side handle four pole 415 V AC, 63 A ,50 Hz all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip of wired armored. Electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranderd aluminium conducter of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with layer of fine sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned(consolidated) thickness of sand will bell be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class 'B' bricks old size laid flat over sand cushioning of cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and laid 50 mm GI light grade pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying cable and through GI Pipe of suitable size making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm inrespect of width and thickness complete all as directed by Enger -in- charge.
