REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER, FILTERATION OIL AND ALLIED WORKS AT DRONACHAL BHOPAL

Disconnecting/dismanteling the transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA , indoor/outdoor type from existing location and repair/replacement of HTand LT side,incl repair of primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips ,top up of transformer oil to the required level ,cleaning of terminals, supply and replacing the 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and reassembling the same complete and reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 01 here in before but transformer of capacity 250 KVA and up to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting/dismanteling the transformer of capacity 2 MVA indoor/outdoor type from existing location and repair/replacement of HTand LT side,incl repair of primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips ,top up of transformer oil to the required level ,cleaning of terminals, supply and replacing the 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and reassembling the same complete and reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable complete all as specified and directed Note for item No. 1.00 to 3.00:- (i) Payment of defective parts to be replaced sahll be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) The cost for replacement of packing material such as top gasket, insulaor's gasket shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item (iii) The repair / strip opening of transformers shall be carried out at site of this installation without taking down / removal of transformer from the site of installation.

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil of transformer capacity up to 2000 KVA 33 KV/11 KV and 11/0.433KV minimum turnover of 3 cycle or till die electric strength to achieved upto 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap and testing complete including all arrangement of T & P and electrical eqpt and transport etc in presence of Engr-in-Charge

Supply and filling of new insulating transformer oil for make up of transformer of cap 33/11KV and 11/0.433 KV during dehydration, confirming to IS 335/1993 and having dielectricstrength of 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap all as specified. Make – Savita/Power Note:- New transformer oil to be supplied in Company / Factory sealed container.

Taking out old unserviceable defective HT bushings from transformers and Supply and fix porcelain bushing with brass studs, nuts and washers connecting to winding, testing and commissioning. The transformer 100 KVA to 400 KVA capacity complete all as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable defective HT bushings from transformers and supply and fix porcelain bushing with brass studs, nuts and washers connecting to winding, testing and commissioning the transformer 2 MVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable drain cocks from the transformers and Supply and fix new gun metal gate valve 25 mm bore along with brass/ gun metal dummy cap with rubbber washers as required at site complete all as directed

Taking out old unserviceable drain cocks from the transformers and supply and fix new gun metal gate valve 50 mm bore along with brass/gun metal dummy cap with rubber washers as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace silica gel into the breather of transformers complete all as specified and directed

S&F graded crushed coarse aggregate 40 mm and relaying the same after cleaning in yard and around transformer plinth and two pole structures/33 KV Main Receiving Station complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace 32mm x 6 mm GI strip as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or pole or recess or cheses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as directed

Disconnecting the unsv transformer HT 11/0.433 KV, upto 400 KVA from any Electrical sub station in Dronachal campus including disconnecting of HT jumper, outgoing LT cables, earth load GI strip etc, complete and loading on transportation vehicle with crane and manpower and transporting to workshop. The following jobs are included to be done in workshop:- (a) Removing the existing burnt out complete (HT/LT side) winding without damaging the core and rewinding both primary and secondary windings with appropriate gauge of copper wire conductor annelid and super enameled and number of turns as per manufacturer recommendation including insulation materials as required. (b) Draining out complete transformer oil and storing the same in containers (to be arranged by the contractor) after repair refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration (dehydration and filteration to be paid separately) the di electric strength of filteration transformer oil is 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap including top up with new transformer oil. (c) Removing the existing burned out complete Tap changer and fixing of new tap changer as per the manufacturer recommendation. (d) Cleaning inside of the transformer properly by removing the burnt out particles and oil sledge etc and painting of transformer completely. (e) Installing the winded cores inside the transformer body and connecting the HT & LT loads with appropriate sides. Reassembling the transformer with replacement of 6 mm thick gasket bolts nuts and washers and replacement of 03 Nos post insulators complete. (f) Transporting back to work site (Original site) from Workshop, lifting from transport vehicle with crane and manpower, installing at existing pole mounted/Transformer plateform connecting electrically and testing. (g) If the rewinding of the transformer is not carried out druing the maintenance the same shall be paid againt the respective item of the BOQ

Replacement of New Copper strip as per existing gauge and qty all as per directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Replacement of New Tap Changer as per existing all as per directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Replacement of New Insulating material as per all as per directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT/LT transformers of capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA including removing oilly and greasy spots and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint including white wash to transformer foundation plinth and lettering with white paint as MES NO/SM No, capacity, year of installation, serial No and Make etc over coat on black paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 here in before but transformer of capacity exceeding 160 KVA but not exceeding 400KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT/LT transformers of capacity 2 MVA including removing oily and greasy spots and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine including white wash to transformer foundation plinth and lettering with white paint as MES NO/SM No, capacity, year of installation, serial No and Make etc over coat on black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable PG clamp of any type & size and supply and fix PG clamp of suitable size of 33/11 KV substation including electrical connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of HT / LT side terminal box made of SA 40405 angle iron and 2mm thick MS sheet including removable cover with required holes on flange to fix at body of transformer and removable cover and fixing with new cork sheet gasket with nuts bolts and washers including one coat of synthetic enamel paint as under coat and one as finishing coast to both side of box complete all as specifiea d and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundtion of pole/stay assembly ,mass concrete.etc including necessary form work , all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long, two pole stracture , painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps with one coat of aluminium paints including writting 50 mm figure/letter over black back ground for making pole Nos Sub Stn Nos with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair /Servicing of GOD including gresing of all movable parts with checking and replacement move contract blade , jaw type femail contract ,insulator of any type , nuts, bolts and washers, PG clamp etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Trimming/Cuting of bushes and grass of Substations/MES Installations and surrounding of Panel board feeder piller boxes at various location and dumping/staging 50 mtr from existing point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat white wash on wall/ plinth for transformer of different substation all as specified and directed.

S&Fcable lux of panel/Transformer of any size and supply and fix existing size aluminium cable lux (25 Sqmm to 200 Sqmm ) including electrical connection and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & Fix PVC conductor sleeves (R,Y,B) of suitable size from Over head line to transformer including electrical connection complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 60 cm long angle iron 25x25x3 mm thick including suitable clamps and nut, bolts & waser fixed on HT pole with one primer coat and one aluminium coat paint complete

M&L Chemical earthing as per "ASHLOK" make model T-39, copper coated safe earthing electrode (SEE) of 3 mtr lenght with inner pipe of 40 mm dia and outer pipe of 80 mm dia with min 80-100 micron coating, filled with black fill compound mixed with soil and high specific gravity crystallin conductive mixture (CCM) of grade `B`filled inside the earth electrode.including drilling of hole of 150 mm dia bore with boring machine up to 20 mtrs depth in hard rock and filling the bore hole with black cotton soil up to 17 mtrs level i,e below the electrode bottom level , including PCC earth pit and Copper earth strip of 32 x 6mm with GI tubing light grade for protection up to 7.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable over head conductor/under grounmd cable of any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 240 sqmm, 3 core all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm, 3 core all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting PCC/floor/road and taking out cable and making good, including material as per existing after laying of pipe for cable protection all as specified and directed size of trench not more than 0.30 x 0.30 cm.

S&F in replacement of GI Pipe medium grade on road/pole/wall/floor for cable protection with fixing arrangement size 100 mm dia.

S&F, out door feeder pillar box weather & vermin proof suitable ventilated 3 Phase, 4 wire, 440 volts, 50 Hz, factory assemble & factory fabricated and compartmentalised out of 3.15 mm thick sheet steel duly powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, with bus bar chamber to accommodate epoxy painted high conductivity copper bus bar of capacity 250 Amps (3 Ph, 4 Wire) including digital type multi functional meter to measure voltage 0 - 500 volts & 0-100 Amps with suitable CT's phase indication neon lamps, danger notice plate, necessary glands cable connection with proper lugs, PCC foundation & pedestal for fixing feeder pillar box with required PCC work in fondation with PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and plastering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:6) including earth work and excavation complete & with and including following equipment testing and commissioning complete :- INCOMING:- (a) MCCB ,4 Pole, 415 Volt,400Amp,36KA ,Thermal Setting adjustable type 70 - 100% , (Ics-100% Icu) with connection terminals-01 Nos. OUT GOING:- (a) MCCB ,4 Pole, 415 Volt, 250 Amp,25 KA-04 Nos Note:- (i) Make of LT Panel : Juhi/ Deor/BSPL/ Mc layer (ii) Drawing of panel to be got approved from AGE E//M before procurement.

Note:- If the defective transformer is not delivered within 15 days of repair the item will become inoperative & a penalty @ Rs. 2000/day will be levied from the 16 th day onward.
