Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO- 1461 with thickness of 65 Micron. The octagonal pole shall be erected with Concreting with suitable grade Concrete of suitable size pedestal 350mm x 350mm x 15mm and erected in to 300mm x 300mm x 11mm bolt nuts with necessary arrangements etc. Supply and fixing of 1No. 120W LED street light luminaire (Higher End) with hot dip galvanised single arm bracket of suitable length with suitable bolt and nuts with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper wire from junction box to the fitting. The integrated junction box with pole should be provided with 1No. 4way terminal block with Hylum sheet and 1 Nos 6A SP MCB in suitable size door at the bottom with locking arrangements and necessary connection complete.The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Laying of 4 x 10 sq mm PVC Al armored LTUG cable in 32mm dia GI pipe(Class-B) in a tranch to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 mtrs and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Three phase Automatic streetlight controller of outdoor type housed in suitable size powder coated enclosure made up of 16SWG CRCA sheet with a capacity of 3 phase 4KW accommodating the following with necessary internal wiring with 10sq.mm unsheathed copper iwre. (a) 63A four pole MCB - 1No. (I/c) (b) 20A four pole MCB - 4Nos (O/g) (c) 24Hrs Time switch (Timer) with Battery backup - 1No. (d) 40A three phase contactor with 230V coil - 1No. The metal danger board shall be fixed at approximate location.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Dust and vermin proof out door pillar box for three phase automatic street light controller of suitable size made up of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with outer body with doors, supports, separations, canopy etc., with suitable angle iron base for housing three phase 63A 8way vertical DB, Digital Weekly programmable timer switch with shortest switching time one minute with battery back up, 63A three phase contactor, etc. confirming JE rules and standards and supply and fixing of vertical type 8 way triple pole and neutral MCB DB in sheet steel enclosure double door metal cover with IP 42 protection with 1No. 63A 4 pole MCB as incoming and 8Nos. 32A TP MCB as outgoing with earth connection and with necessary internal wiring. The pillar should be provided with lock and key arrangements and with one coat of red oxide primer paint and two coats of simens grey approved by department officers along with danger board, supersciption (Lettering and Numbering) and the pillar box should be mounted with suitable angle iron frame work and concrete foundation with necessary bolts and nuts etc. with TNEB meter board with class plate.
