Providing and fixing of Plain GI Colour Coated Eves including cost of nails all complete Job with carriage.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick plywood/board(kitply,Greenply,Century,Sarda,Mayur or equivalent) with nails etc as ceiling/partition of walls or equivalent work excluding cost of frame work including all carriages complete.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position .Budloo / Fir wood with carriage.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by Manual/mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer incld.cutting of trees, removal of tree stumps and dewatering of trenches during execution of work.

Supply and filling of stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.
