Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock, etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering, including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering, including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, and cantilevers, etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts, sunshade and Struts, platform , etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Sunshades, Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform , etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of shuttering, and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) , etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5.0 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation, etc., complete including shifting, loading, unloading of soil, , etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thickness with 12mm or 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and laying Brick work with non-modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand): , etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and laying 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: (1 cement: 3 fine sand), etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm., etc., all completed as per standard specification.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² etc. all completed as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. all complete as per standard specification. Hot finished welded type tubes including base plate. all completed as per standard specification.

Providing wood work in frames of doors and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood. all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including polish work. Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters. all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer for wooden doors (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper for wooden door with necessary screws, etc. all completed as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete. Etc., all complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing stainless steel fancy handle of approved make fixed with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 200 mm. etc., all complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing IS: 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete. 125x64x2.50 mm. etc., all complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather-proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm), etc., all complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing a Float glass panes 5.0 mm thick glass panes (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)., including all necessary rubber beading, screws, clamps, etc., completed as per standard specification.

Providing and applying Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade with texture, including preparation of the surface, etc. all completed as per standard specification.

Removing and refixing of existing steel door (Size: 3.00 m x 3.00m) including all necessary works and items etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing a steel base plate every vertical and horizontal post to fix in wall/ concrete, including required drilling holes, bolt and nuts etc., all work complete as per standard specification. Base Plate size: 200 x 200 x 5mm, - 47.10 kg. etc. complete as per standard specification.

Providing and replacing damaged ventilation glass (3 Nos.) and fixing rubber beading on both sides around ventilation glass (10 Nos.), including removal and re-fixing of glass and aluminum frames, scaffolding, screws, silicon sealant, and all other necessary works. The work shall be completed as per standard specifications. Each glass size: 1.25 m x 0.78 m, with glass color matching the existing.
