Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation teaches over drains (not exceeds 1.5 m in width or 10 sq, mtr. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtr. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mtr. (HSR No. 4.14.1)

Making plinth level protection 50 mm thick of CC 1:3:6 over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including necessary excavation , leveling and dressing and finishing the top smooth.( HSR No. 6.13).

First Class brick work in cement mortar 1:4 ( HSR 7.4)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (HSR No. 11.5.2)

Structural steel angle 65x65 mm of thickness 6mm for lifting of cables above the bed level (HSR No. B0942).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:1.5:3 of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-all work below plinth level and upto floor fourth level.(HSR 6.1.1)

Cold twisted deformed bars steel reinforcement for RCC work where not included in the complete rate of RCC work including straighten, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers, annealed steel wire etc complete in all respect below plinth level( HSR No. 6.33.3).
