Material and labour for for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50 gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, dust, alkali and fungal resistant, of approved shadewith silicon additives @ 1.43 lit/10Sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.9Lit per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium ally sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
