Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off from the premises of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for dark coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over with and including backing layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.,) sheets in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix, 0.50 mm thick pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an having colour on exterior side tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws including cyclone resistant washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 7.00 above but plain sheet as in ridges.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulations, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ ceiling of any thickness, including cover fillets and frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terrace etc., consisting of following sequences of operations on RCC surfaces; (a) Roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly and apply cement slurry @3 kg/sqm. (b) Clean the surfaces thoroughly and apply bitumen primer @ 0.4 kg/ sqm. (c) Polymeric water proofing (Actatic poly propelene) membrane weight not less than 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (non woven fabric wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be laid over the entire surfaces.
