RFQ ITEM NO.00010 Expert Hiring for repair of johnson scre

SOR ITEM '00010: Hiring of Expert/Technician to carry out repair work in installed johnson screen/Wedge Wire Screen/V-Wire Screen inside reactor/Vessel at IOCL Gujarat Refinery Site. The expert/ Technician shall have thorough knowledge of maintenance/ repair & design aspect of the johnson Screen/Wedge Wire Screen/ V-Wire Screen. The deployed expert/Technician shall have executed & supervised the repair jobs in johnson screen in previous occassions and shall have complete knowledge of all the safety aspects, precautions, etc. All other terms and conditions shall be as per special contract Conditions. Note :The unit "EA" indicates Per diem charges for one nos. of expert/Technician per 12 hour shift. The measurement per "EA" shall be considered from the date of entry of expert at IOCL site after completion of IOCL Gate pass formalites and IOCL fire safety training formailities.

SOR ITEM '00020: Mobilization and Demobilization Charges Mobilization and Demobilization charges of expert/technician from vendor's stay to IOCL Vadodara and vice versa with all special type of tools & tackles such as slot screen gauges, special type of chisels, special type of hammers, etc, PPE's, IFR suit etc. the charges are inclusive of traveling charges( via flight/train/cab, etc.), travel mandays and all other expenses incurred by vendor during mobilization & demobilization, completion of IOCL gate pass formailities, IOCL fire safety training formalities, etc. The per "EA" rates are the mobilization and demobilization rates for one nos. expert/technician. The expert/technician shall be mobilized from Australia to carry out repair jobs of johnson screen/Wedge wire Screen/V-Wire Screen inside reactor/vessel at IOCL Gujarat Refinery site. Note: The Per "EA" rates are inclusive of both mobilization and demobilization rates. Hence only 01EA quantity will be paid on account of mobilization and demobilization in case one nos. of expert is mobilized and demobilized. The per "EA" rates are inclusive of travel man days and All other expenses incurred by vendor during mobilization & demobililzation, completion of IOCL gate pass formailities, IOCL fire safety training etc.

SOR ITEM '00030: The charged per "DAY" represents Standby rate per person per day during applicable quarantine period. Note1:-This item is applicable only for actual quarantine days of fully vaccinated person only if GOVT of India mandated the quarantine for overseas traveller at India Note2:-M/s Aqseptence shall ensure that the deployed expert person should be fully vaccinated (against COVID-19) and should have negative RT-PCR test report at the time of travel. Note3:-Along with the claim against this line item, relevant GOVT documentary evidence shall be submitted by M/s Aqseptence. Note4:- In case the quarantine is not applicable, then standby rates will not be paid

SOR ITEM '00040: Boarding/Lodging charges and to-Fro taxi charges from vendor's stay at Vadodara to IOCL Gujarat refinery will be paid as per actuals on submission of documentary evidence. 1 "EA" is the maximum charges that can be paid per expert per day for both to-Fro taxi charges and Boarding/Lodging Charges.
