Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. - (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on exterior wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

M&L for two coats of Antifungal paint (Apex ultima protek of Asian paint or equivalent make as per Appendix 'C' attached herein after) over a coat of exterior primer(professional pack of Asian paints) over a coat of external wall care putty n exc.2mm thick on new or old prepared plastered external surfaces and including scaffoldings and cradles including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing,support complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, all as specified.

S&F for mild steel work as in iron posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of VX polymer based anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel, angles, bars, flats etc, as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, wind ties, clamps, hold fasts, and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coaing GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/column etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC eaves gutters heavy duty and half rounded 200 mm dia etc complete all as specified and as directed.
