Site Clearance, Dismantling and Earth Works

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 milimeter, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to all lifts and all leads including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 millimeter in thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 201 and as directed by Engineer in charge. Excavation for roadway in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cubic meter bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross section, and transporting to the embankment location with all leads & lifts as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 32.3 (iii) Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto all leads and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface upto required depth disposal of scarified material with all lifts and lead as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and leads as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with transporting to site with all leads & lifts, Spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 301.5 A and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Pavement Works (GSB, WBM, Bituminous Works) and Cement Concrete Pavement Work

Construction of granular sub-base Grade-II by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix-in-place method with rotavator at Optimum Moisture Content, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401and as directed by Engineer in charge. Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method --Grading II, CBR not less than 30%

Water Bound Macadam with Crushable Screenings - WBM Grading 2- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Citizen Information Board Providing and fixing a typical MMGSY Citizen information board as per specification provided on detailed drawing of NRRDA having frame size of 2500 x 1150 mm with 75 mm square or round steel tube for support fixed in a concrete block of 60 x 60 x 75 cm size. Information as provided in drawing of NRRDA shall be displayed on a CR/GI sheet of appropriate thickness and fixed at steel frame with 5 mm steel plate. All lettering and painting arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and coloured as mentioned in detailed drawing. All sections of framed posts and steel tube shall be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawings.
