Excavation for roadway in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cubic meter bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross section, and transporting to the embankment location with all leads & lifts as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 32.3 (iii) Excavation in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto all leads and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface upto required depth disposal of scarified material with all lifts and lead as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance ncluding stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
Citizen Information Board Providing and fixing a typical MMGSY Citizen information board as per specification provided on detailed drawing of NRRDA having frame size of 2500 x 1150 mm with 75 mm square or round steel tube for support fixed in a concrete block of 60 x 60 x 75 cm size. Information as provided in drawing of NRRDA shall be displayed on a CR/GI sheet of appropriate thickness and fixed at steel frame with 5 mm steel plate. All lettering and painting arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and coloured as mentioned in detailed drawing. All sections of framed posts and steel tube shall be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawings.
Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of MMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical MMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.
