Removing unwanted trees /plants & the like from wall and roof

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved uality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

White washing two coats over old surface with approved quality of lime including cost of cleaning surface thoroughly and removing the scales of smoke and mosh marks with jhama rubbing,scaffolding,washing,of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Disinfection room with one coat of bleaching power solution finished with one coat of white wash with approved quality of lime after scrubbing the old plastered surface including scaffolding taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
