SCHEDULE 'A' B/R WORKS
Dismantling of structural steel members such as channels angle iron flat etc and steel sections of any description by gas cutting or other means complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Dismantaling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including roof/cladding/wall covering including drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
Design,Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of motorised sliding gate for Hangar of size approx 40m (length)X 6.80m(height), opening both the sides comprising of 10 Nos panels of 4m width and 5 Nos panels opening/sliding to each side opened gate fabricated by using MS channels, angles, I section, tubular section with Galvalume precoated iron profile sheet cladding 0.5mm BMT and 0.55TCT as per approved specifications, designs, drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge Specifications of the door are follows: Total opening will be divided into ten equal panels in length. (a) Each pannel supported at top & bottom on 300mm dia ball bearing wheels of standard make and all the wheels are welded or bolted to the door frame. (b)Top guide track of ISMB 125x70x5mm welded to the structure which guides the panels along the opening at top. Eight sets of three phase electric motor of minimum capacity 3 HP for efficient driving of the door with a speed of 7 to 10 meters/ minute. Electrical operation of each door panel shall be carried out from a control panel mounted at the extreme end of the door opening.(c) Provisions should be kept for mannual operation during power failure by disengaging the gear box. Each door control panel shall be provided with a flashing light that shall start and continue to operate during the time door is in operation. The required civil work for installation of gate includes concreting for grouting bottom rails etc, painting of entire door assembly(except galvalume sheet) with two coats of anticorrossive paint of approved shade over one coat of primer etc. complete as required.
NOTE: The cost of gates include :- (a) All civil works (b) Power supply with operation control panels (c) All nuts bolts, hardware, cable carriers, festoons (d) Switches for forward-reverse& stop function with LED limit (e)Endstop to be provided for avoid any risk after door stopped via limit cut (f) 36 months warranty from date of handing over the work (g)The new hangar door shutters are to be provided on existing opening available hence the tenderers are advised to visit the site and get themselves fully aware of the working conditions/functional provision as per site requirement. Make of doors:- (a) kanti Automatic Systems, New Delhi (b)Jugapro, Gurugram (c) Gandhi Automations pvt ltd, Mumbai (d) M/s Areen Entrance Automation Pvt Ltd. The specifications above are for general description only. The detailed specifications including that for drive system for each door panel shall be as per OEM. Design, Drawings and specifications shall be obtained by contractor from OEM which shall be got duly vetted from IIT or NIIT and shall be approved by the Accepting Officer.

3mm EPU system: (a) Cleaning of surface free from dust dirt moisture & all foreign material from the floor. All floor is to be cleaned by means of scrubber. Acid ithching is done to the floor followed by alkaline wash & then it is cleaned by healthy water wash. Then the floor is cleaned by using the solvent/degreaser cleaner to remove all residues for floor cleaning all mechanized equipment are to be used like scrubbers sanders hot blowers vacum cleaners moisture test machine etc. (b) Providing and applying two component low viscous epoxy primer having a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin and hardener in equal volumes to provide a DFT of around 200 microns. (c) Providing and applying EPU ( epoxy polyurethene) based self levelling screed with polymer to aggregate ratio n exc 1:2:5 parts to the desired thickness of 2000 microns. The layer is de-aerated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets. (d) Providing and applying EPU based conductive self levelling top coat containing anti stats to yield a thickness of 800 microns. Note:- EPU flooring shall be got executed through authorized applicator only.
Painting to steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described with two coat of epoxy paint over a coat of primer incl preperation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying, Laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE LT cable of cross sectioned area of 70 Sqmm, 3 1/2 Core, 1100 Volt screened PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor in trenches,fixed under floor ,fixed on walls with clamps/in GI pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
Supplying, Laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE LT cable of cross sectioned area of 50 Sqmm, 3 1/2 Core, 1100 Volt screened PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor in trenches,fixed under floor ,fixed on walls with clamps/in GI pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
Supplying, Laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE LT cable of cross sectioned area of 35 Sqmm, 3 1/2 Core, 1100 Volt screened PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor in trenches,fixed under floor ,fixed on walls with clamps/in GI pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 wide and not exc 1.5m deep, not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of UG cables,pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
