Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from OEMs as per RDSO TC no.ELRS/TC/0076 Rev. 1 circulated vide No. EL/3.2.1/3 Phase dt. 22.02.13 Table -3, page 3 of 7 . Firms quoting on behalf of OEMs of above RDSO TC will have to upload tender specific authorisation of OEM failing which offer will be rejected.
In case of authorized dealers, firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with their offer; otherwise their offer will be liable to be rejected.

1. Bidder should go through the Tender document, IRS Conditions of contract, General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway, Special conditions [if any] and other Conditions specified/attached with the Tender. 2. In case of Authorized Dealer, bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, firm has submitted documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy. 5. The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
