M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 grade (design mix) (20mm graded aggregates) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams in plinth protection bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ripped type PVC water bar dumbell type and kiker type with centre bulb, thickness 4 to 15 mm to withstand temprature of 10 to 100 degree celcious tensile strength 13.5 Mpa, density 1.78 Kg/M3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified on fair face of brikc or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. [Make of SBR emulsion / latex : Fosroc, STP, Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coating shall be measured and paid separately]

Supply only Styrene Butadyne Rubber latest emulsion.

M&L for three coats of white wash new plastered surface of walls including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described over primed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolised/excavated material and depositing outside of Dockyard permises upto a distance of 5km where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils by all security clearance by Naval Police complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 25 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Suraface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving, laid in layers not exc 15cm thick spread, leveled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate etc 100mm thick as in sub base for floors, hard standings etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC flooring in ramp 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finishing spike rolling to surfaces or marking impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded agg), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters etc complete conforming to grade Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladig to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate etc 50mm thick as in sub base for floors, hard standings etc., complete all as specified and directed.
