scope of work: 1)12 technical visits in a year attending for repairs and servicing of LED Dispaly board. 2) All Emergency calls should be attend with in 48 hours and rectify the defect. 3) Replacement of defective LED Drivers and SPD. 4) Replacement of defective wires and cables. 5) Service reports should be send to concern AEE/AE soon after every service. 6) Payment will be made on quarterly basis.

Note:- (1)The work including replacing the damaged sheets, Driver, ACP sheet, LED strips etc., as one work for entire Sanku, Chakra and Namam board. (2)The agency have to select the materials on par with the existing materials hence the tenderer is requested to inspect the site before tender so as to have unform lighting. (3)The materials are to be guaranteed for one year (Excluding natural calamities). (4)The required ladders, Welding, Labour is included. (5)The removed materials have to be taken up by the tenderer / Contractor after completing the work.

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
