Electrification of pump house and earthing of electrical gadgets at Lift Irrigation Scheme Aadipora.

A) Electrification to the pump house of Aadipora LIS by way of:- i. Proving and fitting of (2 No.) 18watt or nearest standard rating LEDs inside machinery room, (2 No.) 12watt or nearest rating LEDs inside machinery room, (4 No.) 12watt or nearest rating LEDs (2 No.) in the operators room and (2 No.)outside pump house to the front and rare side, (2 No.) 12watt each in washroom and Kitchen at the spots to be located by the concerned site Engineer with proper laying of copper single core 1.5sqmm wire as per site requirement in PVC conduits/channels, switches, holders, blocks and gangway boxes.Make:LED/wire/switches: Ledvance/Havells/Anchor/Amron/SSK and like that ii. Proving and fitting of 3 No., 16A heating points as per site requirement at the spots to be identified by the concerned site Engineer in the operators room, Kitchen and Washroom with proper laying and fitting of 2.5sqmm copper wire in the PVC conduits/channels, switches, holders, blocks, gang way boxes as per site requirement. Make: Amron/Havells/Anchor and equivalent. iii. Providing and fitting of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with hooking arrangement to the operator’s room. Make: Havells/anchor and like that iv. Providing and fitting of flood light 40watt or nearest standard rating, 4 No. LEDs outside to the four walls of the pump house with all other necessary weather proof arrangements. Make: Ledvance/Havells or equivalent. v. Providing and fitting of 700VA or nearest standard rating sine wave, 12V inverter with 100 Ah battery or nearest rating housed in Trolley with all necessary arrangements complete in all respects. Make of Inverter: Microtek/Luminous or Like That make of Battery: Exide/Bosch or Like that. The inverter supply shall be made to the 7 No. LEDs as per site and to the 3 pin (3No.) sockets. vi. Providing and fitting of Distribution board with P/F of MCBs as per requirement. Make: Havels/Anchor or equivalent. vii. Providing and fitting of 100A TPN change over. Make: Metallo/Havells or like that B) Earthing Design/Supply/Construction/Testing and Commissioning of Earthing Station by way of chemical earthing of all electrical equipments like, motor, voltage stablisers, modular panel using earthing electrode as per load and as per IS/IEE code. The job includes soil excavation of specific cross-section and depth at site to build the necessary earthing station as per relevant code. The Job includes connecting of desired electric gadgets to earthing station through GI strips of appropriate size as per load. The strips shall be properly fastened to the equipments and shall be laid properly in the pump house. The dimensions and material of earthing electrode/backfilling compound shall be confirming to latest IS/IEE code.
