Material and labour for Descaling of condenser unit by rubbing with nylon brush/ cleaning rod using hydrochloric acid pumped through electric driver descaling pump including dismantling and connecting all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/ overhauling/ greasing etc replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage & repairing of pipe line to make it leak proof complete, all as specified and directedEngr-in-Chagre for the following AC plants :- Notes : (i) The de-scaling & cleaning of condenser (Heat Exchanger) of cooling tower shall be done by circulating concentrated de-scaling solution mixed with water of make as approved to the entire satisfaction of GE/Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified in Sch ‘A’. (ii)The hydrochloric acid shall be used as a de-scaling solution mixed with water in a suitable proportion as approved by the GE/Engineer-in-Charge so as avoid damage to existing pipe lines.

Dismantling the head from compressor fitted in system, and strip opening of compressor head of eight cylinder for Model 1WCDR0800MAS Make of Voltas, compressor completely for servicing /overhauling mechanically and electrically, and checking of various components with precision instruments to assess the requirements of repair/replacement, and making inventories for repairs required and re-fixing the serviceable parts in position after proper cleaning, oiling/greasing,etc ,and removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, as required at site, and reassembling the compressors head ensuring perfectly leak proof after cleaning the oil sump, oil pump connecting rod, piston, liner etc and filling of compressor oil, before charging of refrigerant gas to required pressure and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed for following :- (included notes mentioned in here in after) Notes: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts, and Refrigerant gas and compressor oil for top up shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing/filling rate for new items are deemed to include under these items. (ii) The refregrent gas to be pumped down before dismantlling the compressure head for avoid the wastage of gas. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts for prroper functioning of compressure .

M&L for cutting and grinding the crank-shaft ( Model WCDR0800MAS Make of Voltas compressor) of 0.50/0.75 mm around as required to make it equivalent to manufacturer’s standard size and smoothening/ fine finishing,polishing of shaft to match with half section big end bearings, cleaning oil ports for proper lubrication complete all as specified and directed by . Note : (i) The cost of taking out and re-fixing of the shaft / rod in position after necessary repairs is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for respective Schedule `A' item. Disconnecting and taking out engine fitted in 50 KVA to 750KVA 3 phase 50 Hz of DG set ( Make: Cummins/Kirloskar) , dismantling and strip opening of complete engine of water cooled DG set of suitable capacity 3 phase 50 Hz for carrying out repair and complete over hauling , mechanically and electrically, cleaning,oiling/greasing , and fixing of serviceable parts in position, and removing & replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts /spares with new parts,as per manufacturer's instructions cleaning , oiling /greasing,descaling of water jackets,decarbonizing cylinder heads including refacing and lapping of valves, valve-seats, grinding of crank shaft or any other machining work required at site, allingment of connecting rods including matching with crank shaft. and reassembling the engine of DG set at position ensuring proper alignment and coupling the engine with alternator, complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned Note in here in below)

Notes for Sch A item No. 150 here in above : (i) Repairs/Overhauling / reassembling and testing of engine of DG set shall be carried out through a authorised service center . (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ here in after under item No.29 but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of loading, unloading & transportation to and fro authorized service centre and machining job etc.as required (iv) The element for connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be included/covered under the rates quoted in Sch A item No.1 here in above consider for Maintenance and servicing.

Supply only the following items/spare parts suitable for DG set capacity 100 to 285KVA 3 phase 50 Hz of dismantled/fixed under Sch `A` item No 150 here in above complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Fixing element of these items is included under the rates quoted by the contractor for Schedule `A' item No 150 here in above. (ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of any item or non execution of any item.

Material & labour for replacement of unserveceable interconnection wiring and its interlocking system in AMF electric control panel for DG set with using and including PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable, single core, minimum 1.5 Sqmm size or as required 1100 Volts grade cable for making functional controls of the DG set, auxiliary contactor, push buttons, indicator, amps meter, volt meter complete as required at site for functioning of DG set in auto and manual mode, checking AC/DC circuits and removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, complete all as specified and directed . Notes:- (i) The complete panel shall be checked and tested on full load after necessary repairs and replacement of unserviceable wiring. for its smooth functioning and proper interlocking including shutt down on high water tempreture and low Oil pressure. (ii) All control wires shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of copper lugs. the cost of same are deemed to include under these items.
