Providing/ laying of 200mm dia ,8mm thick Rising Main for extension purpose of the existing Rising Main and replacement of parts of electro-mechanical equipment & allied works at LIS Rajpur Kamila

Providing/fitting of M.S Rising main 200mm dia,8mm thick of assorted size of 6m each 102m as per the requirement of site condition along with allied works at LIS Rajpur Kamila. Job includes complete carriage charges by engaging manual labour as well as crane charges during loading by engaging Truck including its shifting to a span of 145km and unloading at main road of LIS Rajpur Kamila and then arranging trolley for further onwards shifting of material towards work site of LIS Rajpur Kamila near to the pump house.Stacking of M.S pipes along the laid alignment of Rising main by engaging manual labour enabling to handle/lift the material through the odd/rough passages which includes hilly/plain terrain fields with the said alignment as suggested by civil division at work site. The job includes excavation of trenches of size 1.0 m x 1.25m for 102m span of excavation to accommodate 200mm dia M.S pipe in the excavated trench. The job includes lifting of excavated material from the trench and clearance of all debris, stones etc. including removal of bushes and other unwanted materials along the path of alignment with stone cutting etc. Complete circumferential welding of laid Rising Main M.S pipes by using special electrodes with reliability to fill the complete V-groove between the pipes with proper alignment and Welding to be done by skilled workmen, handling of pipes with proper tools & tackles like tripod stands, chain pulley blocks and crane for holding of pipes during welding for proper alignment by employing skilled /semi skilled workmen.Removal of slag before a new layer is put in place and afterwards, defects in welds to be chipped away and filling of cavities thereafter . Negotiating bends of deviation less than 30◦ encountered during laying of rising main. The laying of pipe includes fabrication of bends along the line of alignment.Filling of trenches after laying of M.S. rising main with the excavated soil, leveling, ramming, watering and removal of extra soil etc.The job included the cost of gas, hire charges of gas cutting equipment and DG welding set, cost of POL’s for DG welding set, labour charges for different types of labour engaged for the job, cost of hire charges for hydraulic excavator and hydraulic crane employed for the job. Painting of all exposed parts of pipes and fitments etc. by way of removing the rust/dirt from the outer surface of the pipes, bends, flanges, nut & bolts by sanding away with emery / sand papers / steel wire brush, cleaning & making the surface even for painting then apply one coat of primer red oxide & two coats of black enamel paint. Job included the cost of material & labour charges for skilled & semi- skilled labour at site. Complete Job

Providing /fitting of double kinetic air release valve for 200mm dia. rising main at a suitable place along the alignment of rising main. Job included cost of air release valve & fitment /welding charges etc Complete job

Providing/ Fitting of Main reflux valves 200mm dia 1 no. to LIS Rajpur Kamila. Job involves extraction of damaged main reflux valve from the rising main and fittings of new main reflux valves 200mm dia. by way of fabrication, providing & fitting of 2 No.s M.S flanges 200mm dia. on the existing rising main. Fabrication of flanges, Drilling of holes /facing the flanges after matching the holes with the main reflux valves and welding of M.S flanges with the rising main end. The flange is to be circumferentially welded with ISI marked M.S electrodes, welding should be free of spurt and gaps .All the slag to be removed by chipping/grinding. Complete job including labour charges , tools and tackles required for the job, nuts and bolts RI sheets ,cost of Flanges including rebate on old scrap material. (Complete Job.)
