Construction of SDRF Campus at Bagora in Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) (SH- F/C, R/Wall, C.D Work, GSB, Side drain and Parapets to approach road SDRF campus Km 0/00 to 0/480)

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes camber, super elevation and levels as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-In-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. All useful material such as stones shungle, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 1009.71 cum (One thousand nine point seven one cubic metres) quantity at the rate of 300/-(Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damaged occured in all cases including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Construction of embankment for road way with approved materials from borrowpits , or other sources in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm (Two hundred milimeter) thick layers and compacted with 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred) K.N static/ vibreating road roller to meet the requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 of technical specifications to lines, grades, levels and cross sections as per Drawings or direction of the Engineer-in-Charge to Technical specification clause 301.5 and other relevent clauses including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water where required including handling of material for construction of embankments within all leads and lifts. The rate is including carriage of machineries, equipments, tools and materials and safety measures payment of all taxes, octroi royality and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Earth work in excavation for all types of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown in the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size), on ground or under water for all type of structure, in R/wall / B/wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water) including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying concrete for all heights/depths including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall return wall and retaining walls complete as per drawings & MORD technical specification section 1200 &1600 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, tolltax, GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material deposited at site from roadway excavation, excation from drains and foundations of all structures or other sources in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200 mm (Two hundred milimeter) thick every layers and compacted with 80-100 (Eight - Hundred) K.N static/ weight roller to meet the requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 Technical specifications section 300 & 1600 to lines, grades, levels and cross sections as per drawings or direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge to specification clause Number 301 and other relevent clauses including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water where-ever required including handling of material for construction of embankments within all leads and lifts. Providing and laying weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonary, plain/reinforced concrete abutments,wing walls,return walls,and Breast /retaining walls with 110 mm (One hundred ten milimeter) diameter PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with a slope of 1 (one )vertical :20 (twenty) horizontal towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction of the Engineer -in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lift and other incidentals.The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, tolltax, GST or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete, M-10 Grade (M-Ten) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeters nominal size) on ground or under water in open foundations for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800,900, 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in Sub-structure using grade M-20 ( M-Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 350kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm(Twenty milimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical section 1500, 1700 and 2200 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block and dirt wall etcetra and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in Super structure for all types of structure of cement contents of grade M-25 (M- Twenty five) design mix with minimum cement concretes of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogram)per cubic meter with 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as per drawings and and technical specifications Clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidents.
