SCHEDULE 'A'

M& L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm deep and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen of VG10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm and putiing in premix bituminous macadam of VG 30 as binder content by weight of total mix well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm, laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne roller ,compacted and consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of any penetration, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evently a priming/tack coat with bitumen @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for bituminous premix Semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Bitumen VG 30 grade) content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: In the event of excess quantity of binder content is necessitated due to mix design of asphaltic concrete, the same shall be borne by the contractor and no price adjustment shall be applicable

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of road, and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc.not exc. 10 cm in width with two coats of thermo plastic road marking paint with glass reflectorizing beads of white colour of 2.5mm thick by using automatic thermo plastic paint applicator machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Flexible Poly carbonate Road Safety Convex Mirror 80 Cm dia encase in ABS material in orange colour for outdoor application including 75mm dia MS pipe for fixing mirror, frame with proper fixing arrangement (stand painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Cat eyes, 100 x 100 x 20mm size dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Solar Cat eyes made up of poly carbonate material with twin moulded shanks 2 Nos LEDs, compressive strength 20 tons, retro reflective lense 360 degree illumination shanks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Solar delinator made of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 85mm and 900mm long duly powder coated and having twin moulded shanks 2 Nos LEDs with retro reflective lense fixed in addition to three reflective bands of different colours as required as White/Yellow/Green etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
