Insulation - Class - H. The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Operation and service manual , spares and tools shall be provided. 6. Fuel Tank 102 litre capacity size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure Fuel connection shall be done as per standards 7. Battery. Suitable capacity fully charged battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. Automatic Battery charger. 8. Comprising of Gen-Set Controller-model KG934, which has indication / LCD displays available for Lube oil pressure, Battery voltage, Engine RPM, fuel level in the day tank, Engine Running hours, AC Current, AC Voltage,AC Frequency, AC Power metering with Safety trips for high engine temperature, low lube oil pressure, low radiator of 41.2 BHP water level, low fuel level, under/over speed and high canopy temperature . The D.G set should have a warranty of three years The load required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at their own expense. During defect liability period ,periodical checkup & services as per manufacturers recommendation and repair shall be arranged and any spare/component which require replacement /repair shall be done immediately at free of cost

OD245259/2025-2026: Supply and providing the following size of B class MS pipe conforming to relevant IS specifications complete with heavy guage specials such as bends, flanges etc welded and fixed at appropriate locations, providing cork sheet in between the flanges at the joints, bolting the flanges together, painting the pipe, flange etc with 2 coats of heat resistant paint suitable for outdoor applications, fixing the pipe firmly with fabricated structure/wall/any other mechanical support etc as required.- 80 mm dia B class MS pipe as extended exhaust pipe.

1.33:Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

OD202183/2025-2026:Wiring combined plug point together with the light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point including 6 A 5 pin modular socket controlled by 6A one way modular switch in the existing switch board and giving connection to the phase,neutral and earth terminal with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable ( Green wire for earthing) etc as required.
