S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based (trapezoid profile) steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge or valley gutter or of similar type used in roofs fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washers and necessary mild steel flat iron supports at every 1m distance as sepcified and directed. (to be measured as flat)

S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in eves covering or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws including necessary mild steel flats and screws for fixing with framed structure complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S & F galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with zinc coating grade 275, with two corrugation side lap fixed with L or J type hooks or cranked hook bolts with bitumen washers in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantalling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Eternit, Everest or equivalent)

Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tank, for cleaning and removing of all scale and dirt etc. from tanks, and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. including using 50gm of bleaching powder per tank and reconnecting in same position using new tank nipples for inlet and outlet pipe connection of same internal bore dia., capacity of tank exc. 250 litres but not exc. 500 litres each and marked on tank with white synthetic enamel paint as " tank cleaned on ________" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cleaning of tank and reconnection with inlet and outlet pipe lines shall be carried out on the same day.

Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tank, for cleaning and removing of all scale and dirt etc. from tanks, and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. including using 70gm of bleaching powder per tank and reconnecting in same position using new tank nipples for inlet and outlet pipe connection of same internal bore dia., capacity of tank exc. 5000 litres but not exc. 1000 litres each and marked on tank with white synthetic enamel paint as " tank cleaned on ________" complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cleaning of tank and reconnection with inlet and outlet pipe lines shall be carried out on the same day.

Two coats shall be applied in right angle to each other@ 3.5 Kg per Sqm in two coats Chemical Base Part A: liquid polymer and additive, Part B: portland cement . Layer Thickness 1.5 mm average.
