Supply, installaion and testing and comissioning of automatic phase sequence corrector suitable for 45 HP approx submersible pump sets, consisting of automatically correct inpupt supply phase also protection against single phasing, voltage unbalancing Low voltage, High voltage with time delay including of necessary cable of size 25 sqmm copper of 30 RM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installaion with testing complete of digital water level indicator device operating on single phase supply, direct display in 150 mm size digit system in meter/centimeter of water level of overhead tank ensuring alarm while water fall or rise at predetermined limit . Oneminut auto off alarm. The entire unit mujst operate through a compact electronic circuit which must ensure reliable operation at 230 V +/- 5% with reliable in digit display & alarm at low & high level of over head tank . The circuit must be housed in MS /CRC sheet box with nylon moulded connection strips. The level system must resistance transducer which unaffected by corrosion and other contactes availble in water. The unit must be controlled by micro switch (should otbe sensor system) The whole unit must electrically controlled and the upper level and lower level indicator must be highly senstive Micro Swith complete all as specified and as directed. The required copper cable of 0.5 Sq mm, 3 core size for OH tank shall be included to be inclusive in quoted unit rate.

Painting to pipe of RCC overhead tank after cleaning, scraping and making the surfaces free from rust of rising, delivery, washout and overflow main extremally and painting with two coats synthetic enamelled paint including marking/writing on pipe complete allas specified and (a) RCC Overhead tank 15 mtr staging Note : Colour status shall be as under i) Rising main - Blue colour.(ii) Delivery main green colour (iii) Washout main - Yellow colour (iv) Overflow main - Red colour.

Cleaning of overhead water reservoir (inner sides) of capacity 1,00,000 gallons, upto 18 Mtr height, removal of complete sand and sludge growth deposite, cleaning of inner surfaces making it free rust and algee growth by scrapping and washing with water including following treatment :- (a) The inner surfaces with two coats of lime wash (b) Two coats of painting (synthetic enamelled paint ) on steel surfaces pertaining to iron /MS structure such as ladder inside the door and MS cover. (c) Two coats of black bituminous over a coat of red oxide on the entry side of the reservoire. (d) Removing algae & fungus grwoth on overhead reservoir (outer side) comp including piller by scrapping and filling pitholes by using suitable material and painting by snowcem to comp over head tank as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The rate shall be included to be inclusive in quoted unit rate for all type of scaffolding and T&P.

Note: 1. The cost of repair of summersible shall be measured and paid under respective items. 2. Dismentaling of submersible motor capacity 45 HP and taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding the same with using the suitable existing size of approved quality supper enemelled copper widing wire with complete insulation material and refitting the motor and testing complete all as specified and directed.
